Brandon was incredibly patient and…
Brandon was incredibly patient and clear in his instructions to me. He helped me troubleshoot a number of issues, had replacement parts shipped, and emailed me additional instructions. There were some quality issues with a few of the parts but he helped resolve those problems. It will take over a week to receive replacements, but that's life.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had some questions about shipping and installation and Brandon was terrific about communication and clear information. His responses were quick and he resolved any issue I was having.

Shipment Issue Resolved
I had an issue with a shipment that was incomplete. Brandon with customer service went above and beyond to get the missing items to me in the middle of the weekend. He called and emailed multiple times to make sure that everything was taken care of. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Brandon. He made a less than optimal situation into a satisfied customer.

Excellent Service and support consultations…

I like the quality of the product line…
I like the quality of the product line and has a rich look . But when you need just one part you have to buy a full kit . Thats hard to swallow . The distributor needs to stock parts . But just dont make a mistake . Your support people do a great job ! Thanks

Will use them again!
The cables were a little hard to cut with regular tools, but that's a good thing. Just get their wire cutters. some of the measuring of actual length was tricky, but after my first few, I started to see where I could adjust my cuts. I ordered the wrong part, and they replaced it immediately, their customer service was very good. As for products, I designed, welded and powder coated my own posts, and cut my own hand rail from wood. The technical information they offer on the site was comprehensive enough for me to model and order my posts correctly. I would use Muzata again without a doubt.

Estimate and order was excellent
Estimate and order was excellent. Follow up to questions was promt and focused. Some delivery issues as part were shipped from multiple locations thus, it took several weeks to get my complete order. Usps problem produced a double shipment and muzata made me pay return shipping even though i had nothing to do with the issue. Instead od a refund they gave 3% on any future orders. The stainless steel rails must be drilled tapped and screwed. I have to provide drill tap and all screws. This probably should be identified with the order up front. Otherwise i would rate my experience as a 5
