muzata I wanted to write your company to tell you about a very positive experience I had with one of your employees, Brandon in customer service. I ordered some parts from muzata for my railing system and had to delay the start of my outside project until the weather got better and time in my schedule allowed. After working with the parts I noticed they all didn’t match. Then i found out that the parts i had gotten were older model parts from Amazon. And that the older model parts and the newer style parts had been discontinued. I got in touch with customer service at Muzata and a gentleman named Brandon came to the rescue. Muzata is lucky to have someone like Brandon for a customer service representative. He was a great listener and understood what the issues were and knew his products. Brandon would not stop until he resolved getting me the correct parts. Brandon’s follow up skills were amazing, when he said he would be getting back to me he did. Getting the wrong parts and then having them be discontinued could’ve been a disaster for the project. With Brandon’s exceptional customer service, it was a pleasure working with him. I was able to finish my cable railing project outside and it looks amazing. I can’t thank Brandon enough for all his help and I feel I have a new friend at Muzata. More companies need customer service that goes above and beyond, most places don’t do this. I was lucky to have the pleasure to work with Brandon on my Muzata cable railing project! My shipment was missing some pieces and…
My shipment was missing some pieces and I called their support number. Brandon was very helpful and arranged replacement parts to be shipped. I wish shipping was able to happen sooner, but as the pieces are from far away (overseas) that is not possible.

Tech support has been much better than…
Tech support has been much better than expected. Brandon has been quick to answer and give me real solutions. I must say that the little brackets that the channel trim is supposed to snap into are worthless. The channel trim and the covers are just fine, but don’t use the clips. you’re better off using a flathead self tapper to keep a smooth surface on the channel trim. In addition, the LEDs do not come with a double sticky tape, Such as 3M 5952. You really must have some adhesive to put these LEDs inside of these channel strips. This was an added cost. I realized I that the 3M tape is something that keeps their prices appearing low. I think Brandon is fantastic. I think their installation instructions could use some improvement.

Confidence Inspiring Customer Service
From design to solving client problems, excellent customer service. I've worked with Brandon several times. He's extremely knowledgeable, very patient, explains things very clearly, politely helps me understand the technical issue related to a product choice, and in general is very likeable! His command of English is also very good, which makes things much easier. It gives me confidence in Muzata as a company.

Deck Railing Install
I am halfway through installing my cable railing and Muzata has been top notch service so far. Kathy helped get my order together and Brandon helped me out when my crimper messed up, going above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far.
