Two out of the three pairs we purchased were perfect. My daughter and husband love theirs! However my lenses seem to be off. I have been wearing progressive lenses for years so I am used to them, but I may have picked the wrong style of progressive as the side vision is off and the front is slightly blurry. They were delivered within an acceptable time frame as well!

MUUKAL Optical has blocked my wife from this site when she requested satisfaction for an order that was poorly filled. Her prescription was not followed at all. She wears progressive lenses, and the top and bottom zones were ground so close to the top and bottom of the frames that she couldn't see through them. When she requested a replacement, they have given her nothing but a run around. Finally, my wife requested a refund, and they would only offer $40.00 on a $107.00 order. Ultimately, MUUKAL stopped responding at all. Poor quality and even worse customer service has prompted us to take action against the company.

I ordered and received 3 pairs of glasses. I added special instructions to lower the segment height and confirmed that this was possible, by email with Muukal, prior to the glasses being made. When I received my glasses, 1 pair was broken and the other 2 are useless to me because the instructions were not followed. After multiple emails, they refused to fix anything and refunded me only a portion of my purchase price. I now have 3 pairs of glasses that I cannot see with and I am out money. There are much better online companies for glasses (all of which you can speak to a real person)! UPDATE: I was told not to return the glasses. I donated the 2 pairs that were not broken. I have NO usable items and I am still out money. I paid more than $150.

I love the variety of frames and the prices. I work in a job where there is alot.of reading and depend on my glasses to get through the day. It is esaential to have a back up pair The lensea are great and I can modify them to suit my needs. The photochromatic means i dont have to choice.between clear.vision and eye protection This is my second set.of.glasses ordered. I tell everyone about.tje site.and service!!!

Great Quality. Lots of styles and options on lenses. I am very pleased with my purchase. I took advantage of the 3 for $119. I highly recommend this company. Their website is very easy to use.

I took advantage of the 3 pairs for 119. I love every pair. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get here. And that it's in US funds with no option for CAD. So a bit of a shock to my bank account. The glasses, the prescription, perfect. I will be ordering again.

I had so much fun going through your website you have so many styles that are outrageous like I like. I spent hours choosing since I got my new prescription and unfortunately I can't see out of them. It almost seems like you took a reading glass and tried to turn it into my prescription I don't know but I have to return them as I cannot see out of them. Two of them were sunglasses and I can't be driving, I have been slated with 20/20 vision with my prescription so it was disappointing that I couldn't see. I have ordered Progressive because I cannot see how to bifocals and it doesn't seem like the right vision is in the right spot. Maybe if you have single Vision or just reading glasses you'll be fine but if you have a prescription from a doctor I'm not sure they're able to get you satisfied.
