I got 2 pair of vrivocals and am absolutley delighted with. One black frame one blue. It was a quarter the price of my original optician. I have been wearing them for a week with no problems. I will definitely order again.

This is related to Order #22504057211 Buyer beware, Customer Service does not like to fix any problems and will ignore you. I've been trying to resolve my issues with Customer Service for the past 2 days and it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to make a negative review to get somewhere. I had done the 3 Pairs for $119 promotion, I opened one pair and discovered the left lens had a gouge and immediately contacted Customer Service, and Lisa reached back out to me saying "it's edge polishing, totally normal" and has since ignored any further emails, including the one informing them that a second pair of eyewear did not have polarized lenses, as I had ordered, after I took my glasses to my eye doctor to be assessed. Seeing as this company refuses to do anything for their extremely poor quality control, I am highly doubtful that none of the glasses I purchased have the additional coatings I requested, I also doubt these lenses can block blue light as they claim. UPDATE: I have decided to inform everyone that when you make a bad review against them, they will tell you to remove the "bad comments" before they will fix their mistake, and even after telling them I would edit my review AFTER I receive the replacement glasses, they refused to fix them and instead offered me $40 to delete this review. This is a perfect example of poor customer service and satisfaction resorting to extortion all because something passed their quality control inspector prior to shipping. It is impossible to leave a negative star review as they continue to harass me to change this. Glasses first, then, I'll edit.

Order #22503012114 and Order #12503032737 Two orders with Muukal optical 110% displeased and offended by the lack or professional support and don't stand by there warranty. You don't get what you pay for cheep framed that are not structurally designed properly. This company will ask you to edit your reviews !! With promis of fixing the issue and do not forfill. (Stay away buy elsewhere...)

The transition glasses takes way too long to change even under the hot sun. The shade of the lens is way too light after changing.

Hello, Photochromic has two characteristics. First, it will take 10 minutes to be exposed to light to change the color. The stronger the light, the darker the color. Second, the photochromic is not tinted sunglasses, and it cannot be as dark as sunglasses.

I ordered premium progressives and they were distorted and not clear so they sent a remake and they were worse than the first pair then I got no response from them about the remakes. Glasses are total crap when it comes to the progressive lenses.

I have ordered from Muukal Optical many times. I get quality glasses (6-8 pairs) for a minimal amount. They keep my prescriptions and glasses I have previously ordered. I can reorder any time I want to get new glasses. Although I would like to receive my glasses sooner, I am aware they are coming from a distance.
