MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

I'm genuinely happy with my purchase! I took advantage of a fantastic deal that allowed me to get three pairs of prescription glasses, including a dedicated pair for driving, with all the lens upgrades and coatings I wanted at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, all three pairs arrived with the correct prescriptions, which was my biggest priority! I also really appreciate the variety of frames and customization options available, especially at these prices. My only minor disappointment was that one pair looked a little more colorful in the website photos than it did in person. The frames were still exactly what I ordered, but the colors didn't quite come across the same way. Shipping took an interesting route, spending several days in Texas before heading to Memphis, where it sat for another couple of days before finally reaching me in Nashville. However, I recognize that shipping logistics are generally outside the retailer's control, so I don't consider that a reflection of Muukal's service. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality, prescription accuracy, customization options, and especially the value. Getting three functional pairs tailored to my needs without spending a fortune was a huge win. I'd absolutely consider ordering from Muukal again!

Placing order - very easy to navigate Muukal Website. Payment was straight-forward, and no hassles at all. Communication - Muukal kept me informed via email notifications so I knew where my order was and when it will be delivered. Shipping - Pretty fast, comparable to ordering at my local optometrist, which takes 2 weeks. Happy with the shipping time. Actual Product - This is why I have not given Muukal 5 stars. The positive thing first: The lenses are great, they are multifocals, with transitions and the moment I put them on, straight away I can see better and clearly, no waiting a few days to get used to it. Not so positive: The frames are flimsy and I can already tell they wont last long. The “arms” of all my glasses (I bought 3) are somewhat wonky, not straight and Im scared to adjust them because they will break even with the tiniest bit of force. For brand new frames the screws seems loose so the arms just dangle by themselves. Again, scared to adjust this at this time because they will break. All in all, I think Muukal is legit, their lenses are better than my local optometrist, I hope they invest in quality frames even if they increase their prices a bit.

While the prescription they filled was correct the near vision was not quite right in the frames. However they refunded me $50 and allowed me to keep the glasses which are very cute but only good for distance. Great customer service

It took awhile to

I love the glasses. Communication with the company was nonexistent, however. I began to doubt that they were coming.

Prescription seems good. Frames are somewhat cheap. On the site frames looked white and brown but when received they are clear and brown.

Have ordered 6 pair over 12 months of progressive lens & 4 pair were transition lens. All arrived with correct lens prescriptions, were packaged nicely, & were received in the shipping time frame selected, so no complaint with these issues. You also cannot beat the pricing so we will continue to order from Muukal. Our only small complaint is that 1/2 the pairs ordered had to be taken to a vision store for minor frame adjustments after receipt. Would suggest that Muukal give increased attention to the frames when installing the lens, so adjustments are not needed. Also very pleased with Muukal's transition lens since they go from light to dark & back to light faster than ANY progressive lens we have previously purchased in the US, so are very happy with this feature.

Love the options for frames and the prices.
