They are very cute but one pair already has very loose, wobbly hinges right out of the box. Another gave me a headache and the transition between near and far sighted make things look slanted and distorted. I was also disappointed be how cheap the design on one of them looked. Looked like gems online but is basically a decal in person.

This was my second purchase from Muukal. My first pair of progressive glasses (sunglasses) was excellent, so I felt confident ordering another pair using the same prescription. Unfortunately, the second purchase was a completely different experience. The new glasses were unusable for reading and intermediate vision. After investigating, I discovered that the Zubar frames I received had different dimensions from those advertised on Muukal's website. The listed measurements were 53-18-145, while the actual frames were marked 52-23-151. The significantly wider bridge and longer arms affected how the glasses sat on my face, which I believe contributed to the progressive lenses not working properly. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and provided photographic evidence. Initially, Muukal offered a $45 USD refund without requiring me to return the glasses. They later increased the offer to $50 USD or suggested returning the glasses to China for a refund. However, I would be responsible for international shipping and customs duties in both countries, potentially costing me more than $50 USD. I find this disappointing because the issue originated with the product not matching the advertised specifications. I don't believe customers should bear substantial return costs when the product they receive differs from what was advertised. I've reluctantly accepted the $50 USD refund offer rather than incur additional expenses. I will update this review once the promised refund has been received, or report back if Muukal fails to honour its offer. My first experience with Muukal was excellent, and I genuinely liked the quality of my original glasses. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering again, particularly because I can no longer trust that the frame measurements listed on the website are accurate. My advice: If you're ordering progressive lenses, double-check the frame dimensions carefully. Even small differences in fit can affect how progressive lenses perform.

I ordered 4 frames. When I received them they did not look good on me. I was so disappointed. I have been looking for cool frames for months.

The glasses were a decent price. Fulfillment and delivery, we're quick and efficient. You definitely get what you pay for... The plastic just feels like a much cheaper quality than the designer ones that I have. You can definitely tell the difference. There's something wonky about the prescription, too. My glasses that I already own are just fluid and comfortable to wear and these new glasses that I just got from Muukal are not. Something is weird with the transition between the strengths...They're progressive, and it's not smooth. I think maybe the prescription might be too strong as well because it's just like I said, my vision is distorted. These glasses are the same size and prescription of my current pair and with my current pair I experience none of this. These new Muukal Optical glasses are not comfortable to wear. I read something about Budget online lenses often use older, standard progressive designs with very narrow transition corridors and heavy side distortion and I think this is the case here with this company.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses, only 1 pair is usable. It looks like PD is wrong for the incorrect 2 pair which are both bifocals. Also the bifocal transitions are narrow and blurry. Even through one eye. The 1 good pair of glasses are not bifocal. I can use them but they are not good. I will most likely not purchase from this company again.

I can see good on these for regular vision but the not for reading. What can I do for exchange?

So I picked 3 pairs for the special price. I did pick the bifocal which is in my glasses I got from my dr. However the pairs I got seem to be a higher strength then what my eye dr glasses are but same prescription. But the worst part was I was excited for the magnetic clip on pair and they are awful. The clip on broke the first time using where one lens completely fell off. The ear area had like a plastic that is around it but not attached so they slip off slightly. When I go to take them off due to sliding it pulls my hair out. So all 3 are too strong but the one pair is just a piece of junk that is broken and not well crafted. I will stick with zenni optical or other bigger companies.

The frames are amazing, however can not read with them.
