I couldn't see out of the bifocal and I contacted them and let them know this. They asked for a picture of me wearing my old glasses and a picture of me wearing my new glasses which I sent to them. They replied "they look fine we made them according to the prescription" And that was the end of that. No help, I still can't see out of the bifocal to read properly, and I get headaches

I am satisfied with the glasses I received. I've worn progressives for a while now, so I'm used to how to wear them. An issue I've noticed is a rounded effect of objects I'm looking at at a close, slightly downward angle. I've never experienced this before. I'll get used to it. Production & shipping times are just as listed. My major issue was upon receipt. The glasses are shipped in their case, in the mailing bag, with packing tape wrapped tight all around it! I have arthritis in my hands & it was difficult to use scissors & try to pry the wrapping off the case. This method could be approved upon.

You have great prices. Your customer services needs improvement. Tried to communicate with you by phone several times. Hard to reach. Your frames seemed to be for Large size more than med or small. Had a hard time finding something I like in MED. Also most of them were much heavier than I am accustomed to wearing.
