Amazing service! Great glasses. I never have a problem. Stuffed my script up on accident and the team were SO quick to rectify the issue when I emailed them. 10/10 Quality as good as or better than brick and mortar stores and 1/10th of the price!

I was skeptical about ordering progressive bifocals online, but my glasses from Muukal were perfect. In fact, the two pair of sunglasses I ordered are even more comfortable than the glasses I ordered from the medical clinic. I couldn't be more pleased!

I am amazed by the great quality of my eyeglasses. They were so cheap that I has was not sure if they were going to be of good quality and they are. I bought 3 pairs in different styles, and they are all great. They even sent has and soft cases for each of them and accessories, like cleaning soft cloth, mini 🪛 screws for repairing and somo other thing. First time buyer but from now on I'm a regular client

I love my 6 pairs from Muukal. I bought one pair that were a large frame. I loved the frame, but my eyes could not get used to them. After trying for approximately 20 days. I reached out to Muukal and they let me choose another pait at no cost.

The glasses arrived looking exactly how I thought they would. Using the try on feature made it easy to choose the best frames. I bought bifocals and they are just as correct as the ones that I have bought in a store.

Ordered two pair and when they arrived they were flawless and beautiful. Only issue is they seem to take forever and a day for shipping. I paid extra for expedited shipping and they were stuck in Plano, Texas for 8 days.

What you need to know about Muukal is that they will say anything to get your business, send you junk and refuse to honor their written promises. You sometimes don't even get the crap that you pay for! This company is so sleazy and shady. They promised me IN WRITING that I could get a 100% refund including shipping. The 3 pairs of glasses arrived and were all WRONG. The area of focus was so narrow that nothing was in focus (documented by my eye doctor). Muukal said they would replace the glasses, but at that point they had already argued with me about it enough that I wanted no part of Muukal. They offered to refund me 50% and I wouldn't have to send them back. HUH??? Even though they had been sent to me from Texas, they said that if I wanted a refund I would have to mail them back to CHINA (which is not trackable!). Cha CHING!! My CC company said that I had to follow their rules of return. So I bit the bullet and sent them back, and as I suspected, they said the glasses "never got there". But since I had proof of mailing it their lie didn't matter and it was refunded to me. AFTER FIVE MONTHS and a lot of angry emails. This company is absolutely the worst Chinese company I have ever dealt with, and that is really saying something!
