You can't call it MONTHLY subscription if the customer can't terminate it after a few months of use. The company still forces me to pay for the whole year even if I canceled and don't hesitate to call it a monthly subscription, this is ridiculous. As a cheery on top - they claimed that the first month is free, but actually, you'll still make 12 payments for a year in total, they'll just move your subscription date one month forward to cover for the first "free" month. Never seen such dirty practices and sketchy morale anywhere except scam companies.

I have a bad experience with musicbed. I do not have a credit card and it would be no problem to pay the amount with an invoice every year. But that's a terrible nightmare every year. I sometimes have to email back and forth for months to explain my situation. And now my account is locked even though I just paid $715. It is a huge amount and you get a VERY BAD service in return. If I knew this in advance I would never have become a customer!

My experience with Musicbed was very different to all the one-star reviews I read here. I do think Musicbed should be clearer about how the subscriptions work, as once I purchased mine, I could not download the song I wanted without paying another $59.00. So, I requested a refund immediately, and within hours, Musicbed had refunded me. I think Musicbed makes it clear that their subscription goes for 12 months and that you cannot cancel it before that period ends, so you will be paying at least $240 a year. I don't think they make it clear enough that a fair number of songs on their catalogue cannot be downloaded even if you have a subscription. Anyways, they did the right thing by me, and I appreciated that.

For the first couple of months I had great luck with musicbed and their great selection of music until I got hit with a copyright claim on my YouTube channel that wouldn’t go away. I contacted musicbed, took forever for someone to get back to me. I ended up deleting the video I posted just to get out of the copyright claim and used a different song from their site. Unfortunately you can’t cancel your subscription without dire consequences. I regret ever signing up with this very sketchy company. Great music but beware if you have a YouTube channel. I will definitely be more carful with the next music provider I go with

Worst company ever. Would not let me cancel my subscription or even pause it through the pandemic when all weddings were cancelled. No understanding or care for any of their customers. Soundstripe is what I use now.

Super horrible company I hope this review reaches someone and helps them. Someone put my card info, don’t know who on this scam of a site and not only will they not let me cancel I found out it’s a year subscription I don’t even know or use this crap don’t have a use for it I don’t make music anyways if they think they’re going to get another dollar out of me they’re in for a rude awakening. I’m not going to speak their business into nonexistent I’ll let God handle that but do not sign up for them what so ever. Looks from the other good people reviewing that they have been scammed too. It’s sad that during these times this is what we have to deal with

Misleading with their prices. After the first day of paying their subscription I noticed that it was a year plan instead monthly. They do not put this clearly on their website and is extremely misleading. I send an email to ask if they could cancel. But after three months still no response and will most likely cost me a lot more money. Do not subscribe to this service!

Musicbed membership terms are intentionally misleading. On the pricing page they intentionally outline a monthly membership, however, in the small print you are committed to an annual contract at $99 per month. I would NOT recommend signing up unless you are ready to spend $1200. Why not be honest and outline this clearly on the pricing page? This sort of revenue strategy feels bad. :/ Please, be better, Musicbed. You can actually crush it as a business AND not be misleading.
