Some of my clients have used Musicbed and Filmsupply material I recommended several times over the years. and recently I asked them to help me with my students at a film school and they were super helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Made the terrible mistake of using this service for one specific song and have been locked in to paying nearly $100 a month. Yes it was my mistake in the first place, but they’ve shown zero compassion or interest in helping. This company is a mistake I won’t be making twice.

Hi James, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry this has been a frustrating experience, especially when you only needed one song. Your account was enrolled in an annual subscription rather than a standalone song license. If you’re open to sharing, I’d appreciate understanding what led you to choose the subscription and whether anything about those options was unclear. That feedback would help us improve the experience! My colleague Olivia reached out in April to offer a two-month pause on your subscription to help offset the cost and relieve some of the financial burden. We didn’t hear back, so we weren’t able to put that pause into effect. I’m sorry our efforts to help didn’t meet your expectations. I’m happy to hear more about your experience and clarify the options available to you. – Grant, Director of Client Experience

Amazing high level composing of both music and sound effects which mix easily with footage.

BEWARE! The free trial ropes you into a year long $1000+ commitment. I tried to cancel this subscription on the website and was not able to. I had to reach out to the customer service chat and after 45 minutes, was finally able to get the subscription stopped, but only after threatening legal action. Customer service refused to refund me for the payment that was made today when I was trying to cancel the subscription. This was a horrible experience. I do not like this platform. I find it difficult to navigate and use. I ended up downloading one song and one song only. For this, I ended up paying a total of $200 and wasted about an hour of my time arguing with their online customer service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We reviewed your account and the conversation with our team. Our records indicate that your trial converted to an annual subscription after the disclosed trial period. The annual term and applicable pricing were presented during trial sign-up, and a reminder was sent before the trial ended. By the time you contacted us, the subscription had already converted and the first two monthly installments had been processed. Although the subscription was outside the standard cancellation window, our team made an exception by canceling it and waiving the remaining balance of the annual commitment. No additional subscription payments will be collected. We’re sorry to hear the platform and support experience did not meet your expectations. We take feedback about the clarity of our enrollment and cancellation processes seriously and will continue reviewing both. Thank you, - Grant, Director of Client Experience

I clearly told them to cancel my subscription. The representative never did. The auto-renewal happened and I informed them that it was supposed to be canceled. They said they would cancel it but could not refund me the charges that had already happened, due to their refund policy. While they did have some good song options, after using it a while I felt like I ran out of options. I'd recommend Artlist.io over this company.
