I sent an email, inquiring about music submissions and Olivia responded extremely quick with the information I needed. Usually, one would expect an hour or so,or maybe days before getting a reply, but to receive help so fast was very much appreciated. Best, Ryan Smith DualNote Music Group Publishing

Musicbed provides lots of high quality music to use both professionally and for personal content creation. They have made it very easy to find music that fits your needs with many filtering options for genre, sub genre, moods, instruments, tone, and etc. The Musicbed support and AI assistants are very helpful to you and get the information you need quickly and efficiently.

Josh
Slow to respond to requests for quotes. Pricing is not transparent and varies dramatically. Impossible to predict and budget for, which leads to angry clients. Customer service is not helpful. Sometimes they want $50 for a license. Other times I've gotten a surprise quote as high as $10,000. Their music is no better than any of their competitors and they're slow and hard to work with.
Response from MusicbedJun 4, 2026
Thank you for your candid feedback, Josh. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. I can understand how difficult it is to plan projects and budgets when pricing feels unpredictable. Because we operate on a rights-managed model, pricing is customized based on your specific usage and distribution requirements. While that approach provides flexibility, I understand how it can sometimes feel inconsistent compared to platforms that use more standardized pricing structures. I'd love to learn more about your experience so I can share your feedback with our sales team and better understand the particular situation that led to your concerns. Any additional details you're willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
