As clearly stated on our website, "Prescription formula is not guaranteed. Our doctors will evaluate your medical history and skin condition to determine the best treatment plan." When patients select a specific treatment, our system prompts them to choose their requested formula, but it also includes a disclaimer that the final prescription may differ. This determination is made by our board-certified dermatologists after a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the patient's medical history, skin condition, and overall needs to ensure the prescribed treatment is safe and suitable. To further clarify: Prescription Changes: Our dermatologists cannot prescribe treatments that have not been specifically ordered by the patient. Any changes are based on medical necessity to prioritize patient safety and effectiveness. Order Transparency: Each approved treatment plan is communicated in detail within 24 hours of placing an order, giving patients clear insight into the prescribed formula. Cancellation Options: Once a treatment plan is approved, our pharmacy freshly compounds and ships the medication within 2-7 business days. Each bottle is designed to last two months when used as directed. The prescription treatment is medical grade and highly potent, so only a small amount is needed to be effective! Please remember to complete your scheduled eNurse Check-Ups during treatment. This program is designed to help guide you throughout treatment and track your progress. Additionally, completion of eNurse Check-Ups qualifies you for a full medication cost refund on or after 60 days of treatment if you are not satisfied with your results!
