If I could give a 0 star review on these shoes and customer service I would! I ordered 2 pair of these shoes and they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn and they seem cheaply made! They claim these are good shoes for your feet, my feet hurt worse after wearing them than they did before. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded that they understood and that they would do a free exchange. My message to them clearly stated that I had worn each pair 1 time to try them out. When I emailed what I wanted to exchange these for (since they don’t do refunds). I thought trying a different style would make a difference. They quickly came back with sorry, we don’t exchange shoes that have been worn even if it was for a short time. So they lied in their first email when they clearly stated I could exchange them. Buyer beware!

Waited over a month to get my order, then received the wrong size and the quality of the shoes was deplorable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Update: I received a different size from them. And they fit. I ordered size I wear, way to big.

A negative star would be nice but unfortunately it's not an option. I ordered a pr of sneakers that cost 72.95 and when I received them, I did not like them so I returned them and customer service gave me an address I sent them back. It cost me $20. they received them but never refunded me my money and I have not heard from them since and it's been 64 days. My back says I should try dealing with PayPal since that's how I paid for the shoes.

The shoes I ordered were of poor quality and actually hurt my feet. I returned the package on June 16 with USPS tracking indicating they were delivered. It is now July 25, and the shoes have not been refunded to my credit card. I've emailed the company four times and received a reply twice. One asking for my USPS tracking number. I have now filed a dispute with my CC company. I say if you're not sure if these shoes are going to fit, don't buy them. The customer service in returning them is extremely poor.

VERY POOR QUALITY! The quality of the sandals is so poor the sandal is very narrow and extremely uncomfortable. No answer on any of my emails for return and refund therefore I’m out $55.90. I will never refer Musabela company to anyone. My order # 185250, which I sent with each email only to be told no order #. Companies like this are Criminal!

This was the worst shopping I ever had. It took more than a month received the shoes, the shoes was wrapped in a plastic bag. No shoe box. It was a wrong size. I contacted the company for return or exchange. Their response was automated and keep receiving the same massage. I recommend never buy anything from this place. Awful. Even one star is too much for them.
