When I ordered orthotic sandals, I expected to receive orthotic sandals, not regular sandals and inserts. The inserts slip and slide around and have a bumpy surface that is very unpleasant for me and must be torture to anyone with neuropathy. I can't walk a block without needing to adjust the inserts and a few steps further and they fall out entirely. I unsuccessfully tried gluing them in place, and eventually got them to stay with epoxy, but they still felt awful. I finally threw them out, but since they were kind of pretty, I'm giving them 2 stars.

Very Sketchy. 1. These shoes are not in any way at all orthotic, and so overpriced even at their perpetual half-off sale. 2. Despite the website, there is no US website (so forget about returns). 3. On the bright (?) side, the shipping went smoothly for me.

They are heavy. I dunno what the bottom is made out of. They have absolutely NO cushion. I took out the insole and it’s like some kind of styrofoam. There is nothing orthopedic about this brand! Also you can’t send them back. Mine said the shipped from IN but the company said I’d have to return them to china. So I bought some good insoles bc I can’t send them back This comment 👇🏻 from Musabela. Again false. They offered me a partial refund and I never heard back or received it. Many have probably seen this same generic reply. It’s truly disgusting they scam people that can barely walk from foot pain!

They advertise "wide" shoes, but they're not wide. In fact, the shoes have no size shown. They told me they won't refund payment price. They claim they'll offer 20% refund IF you mail the shoes to them IN CHINA. After I told the credit card company to revoke the charge, Musabela decided to give a 100% refund. You've been warned.

I ordered sneakers and they didn't seem to have any support for my feet at all. However I didn't dare try them cause the policy is you can only do a return if shoes are unworn and in original packaging. So I returned them unworn and in origami packaging on November1st,2024 and still haven't received a refund. Have sent 3 to 4 emails and haven't had much luck getting any resolution.

There was nothing more special about these shoes than any other cheaper pair of Chinese sneakers. They are actually too big and the insoles did nothing. I had to get other insoles so that I could wear them. I did not realize they came from China or never would have ordered them. They took quite a while to arrive. I feel I wasted my money.

The shoes look cute but are very thin and don’t have good support. Then when I wanted to return them, I have to pay to ship them to China, which is cost prohibitive or they’ll refund me 20% of the cost! Never order from Facebook or from China.
