I ordered shoes for my husband to wear on a spring trip to Disney world They arrived in wrong size. Numerous attempts to exchange them failed. I finally gave up.... The trip was over... And requested a refund... I paid 17.00 to return them.... I still have no shoes or money. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and even they can't get a response

Bought mens shoes. They were poor quality and did not fit well. I received approval for a return from them and followed their instructions exactly. They received the return June 22,2026 and still have not issued a refund. I gave them one star because I couldn' t give them zero stars. Avoid this company!

I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I asked for an exchange and they have not sent me the exchange shoes. Therefore they have the shoes I sent back and my money has not been refunded.I have sent multiple e-mails and have had no response. They are terrible. I really wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to.

I want to warn everyone about this company. I bought a pair of shoes from them bcz I’m a nurse who need comfortable shoes for work. The shoes was the wrong size, with enclosed insoles that were too long for the shoes. I informed the company who took a long time to respond. I returned the shoes at my own expense & have been going back and forth with them, asking for different ridiculous things for over a month now & still have not gotten my refund even though I’ve provided them with the UPS receipt with barcode of the return‼️ Today I got an email requesting another ridiculous verification but I’m done. It’s time for legal action, if for nothing else, for the principle of it.

I ordered a pair of shoes and it did take a while to get them but I love them. I have a lot of foot problems and these are the mode comfortable and light shoes I own. I ordered 2 more pair but they were too small because I didn’t order wide. They told me to donate them and I got 2 new pair within a week. Can’t say enough good about this company.

I ordered one pair of shoes but they ended up charging me for two and sending me two pairs it took 5 weeks to get them and they are so cheap!!!! You can see the yellow glue around the edges around the shoelaces! They're made out of a flimsy cloth and I don't see any kind of orthopedic in the shoe! So if I could rate it zero Stars I would!!!! So now I have two pair of sucky cheap looking shoes
