It is now August 12, 2025. I have been trying to reach Musabela now since April 2025. They continue to send me emails that State someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours, but they never do. I am totally frustrated with this company. I have no way of reaching them other than email and I paid over $125 for two pairs of sandals that were supposed to be Orthopedic which they are not. I will continue to keep everyone informed of my progress with Musabela. They’ve also gone ahead and responded to my review on trust pilot by saying wonderful glorious things that they wanted to make it right but it’s all false. They have made no attempt to contact me. No attempt to try to right what was wrong, none whatsoever. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone be aware or you may be a victim as well.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on June 23rd. One pair for me and the other pair for my husband. I received mine in the beginning of the 3rd week of July., but I have not received my husband's yet! Today is the last day of July. I have emailed them 3 times and still have not received a satisfactory response! I also tried calling the customer service phone number on their site and it doesn't work. I , just like most people, do not have money to throw away!

They are a scam. Didn't wear sneakers asked to return them. Never received a return label. Sneakers fit like clown shoes.

I want to start a class action suit against this company, how do I get that started? THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT, DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP CHINA CRAP. CLASS ACTION SUIT!

The shoes are extremely uncomfortable and my feet were in excruciating pain when I wore them the first and only time. They didn't offer the comfort promised by Musabela. The company is refusing to accommodate me with a full refund and has offered a 20% refund and a $25 discount. They are refusing to handle the issue in a timely and efficient manner. This company is not real. I order tennis shoes it’s been 45 days and haven’t received the order. They send me a tracking that is not with any carrier Their phone number is not real And when you send an e-mail the only thing that they respond is that they will get back to you and they never do

Shoes had no size markings and were several inches longer than they should have been. Customer service stopped responding to my emails and their phone number is inoperative.
