I ordered shoes September 7th and did not receive them cannot get in touch with anyone to get my money back the number they provide is phone And on top of that the customer service bot wants me to pay $5 to talk to someone this is bullcrap

Ted P. The shoes were too narrow, even though I ordered the extra wide option. I returned them as instructed. UPS confirmed the delivery on August 20, 2025, at 10:47 A.M. to Chino, CA, where it was signed for by someone named Simon (Proof of Delivery – tracking no. 1ZR6566E0366758961). Despite this, I have not received my refund. Musabela’s website advertises a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, but in my case this promise was not honored. A warning to other customers. Fit: Smaller Comfort: Not Comfortable

Can I give a minus score? For 3 months I've been trying to get my refund. They take so long responding to emails. Keep asking for tracking number even though I've sent it 3 times to them. Terrible company!

They are the worst to deal with. They sent me the wrong size sneakers almost 2 months ago and I still have not received the correct size. Their customer service is horrible and they take days to get back to you. Nothing has been resolved but just back and forth emails

Ordered a size 7.5, shoes came a couple weeks later and were the wrong size. I emailed the company regarding the issue, they requested I take pictures of the tags in which I did and then that was all I heard, no resolution. I paid 74.94 for shoes I cannot wear because they sent the wrong size. Definitely would not recommend this company, and they are very cheap china quality definitely not worth 74.94. The company is scam.

I would give zero stars if possible.The shoes I received were obviously defective. I sent this issue to the company and was informed I would have a reply/solution within 24 hours. This was 2 weeks ago and still no contact from them.Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from them again. I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear.😟

I have been trying to reach out to customer service for weeks and NO ONE will reply. I tried to call by phone and their number is blocked for incoming calls. I would call this a TOTAL scam. Do NOT order from this company.

Order was put on old credit card which I had canceled and then used my new Discover card to make my order. I looked on my credit card report and saw I now have 2 orders coming. I canceled the order with the old card but they sent it anyway. They said since the order was already put in they could NOT cancel it. When trying to get the company to take back the order they told me where to could send it OR they would give me 30% of my order of $74.94 and another $25. coupon. When I agreed to their 30% nothing happened. I sent numerus emails to the support team and never got any responses. I finally filed a dispute with my credit company and it was deemed valid. So I am stuck with 2 extra pairs of shoes I never ordered in the first place I would never order from this company again. Team support says they will get back to you but never does at least in my case they didn't.
