I've been using multiplay hosting for a couple of years npow. Usually to host small games for my friends and myself. The servers work great. The company is honest, professional, and to-point. The tech support is some of the best i've seen, with a special commendation for Michael Assis. The tickets are handled extremely rapidly, and more often than not, no further action is required on the customer's part, as the issues tend to be immediately resolved. This is, for sure, the most trustworthy hosting service currently available.

I am old client in this company and almost always happy of support (its speed of response to requests and fairly prompt decision), and servers - that's all what we need in our team! There are of course have sad moments - one of them happened recently. We own a large part of servers in Russia in one game, but we began to observe problems with 1 server in stability. We decided to find out about the possibility of changing the location of the server, but this proved impossible due to the fact that in Russia one data center (Moscow). Well, we asked about the change machine, to which we gave the answer that the server and so on the best machine - how to be? Nothing from the beginning did not want to do, but now they have decided to help and put another one machine. We expect and hope to fix the problems.

Really Cheap for voice servers, amazing support team that reply stupidly fast, From a Welsh Boy in Swansea I recommend that people start buying servers from Multiplay.

I had a hiccup with my Factorio server, and created a support request with Multiplay. Moments later, I had a response from Jacob 'Shaz' who assisted me with getting the server working to the best as the Factorio engine supported. He was friendly and knew what he was talking about. It's great knowing that if anything goes pear shaped, that Multiplay have great support always ready to assist!

I have switching GSPs for BF4 ever since some crazy butt hurt guy decided to DDOS all the game servers located in Singapore. While looking for a GSP to provide a high tick server for BF4 I came across Multiplay and they have excellent tech support and are very knowledgeable and prompt in their replies. 10/10 would recommend.

First server we rented has a normal rust experimental server 50 slots, we experience a great deal off server crashes and lag spikes; didn't get the right answers what caused the problem, the support team was playing with suggestions about wrong plugin settings or to many plugins. While we experience a memory shortness. After several discontinuous server crashes we stop the server and quit hosting a server. 1 month later we decide to rent a double memory rust server, well things went extremely better whit the dubblememory and running more than 40 plugins smoothly we do experience lag spikes that we hope will disappear probably cost due ddos attacks if we believe the support answers. Hope the battle this big issue in the future even more. 2 month's later we are building a membership around the server and getting a lot off trusty members and than clanforge hit us whit a unscheduled update from oxide whit lead the server to crash and when offline for 16 hours. We lost the map and where forced to wipe the sever what cost us a lot of trusty members,, we do get the support but the damage has already there. After this black Friday 19/02 we pick al the pieces and start over convincing are members that it has a corrupt update. So everything fine and we are hit again 2 day later whit a unexpected update from clanforce. Server crash again whit lot of support tickets and promise that this will never happen again. Server down for 3 hour on Sunday evening :/ and we lost the big arena on the map because zone manager didn't load due to a wrong oxide upload from clanforce. life sucks on monday mornings ;-). get a mail from support team whit apologizes and extra day gametime. Quote ; Due to an internal error the update rolled out incorrectly and took longer to resolve than usual, I am personally ensuring that this does not happen again by going over what went wrong and resolving the core problem. Your server is up and running smoothly. I would like to offer you 1 days gametime to compensate you for this downtime to ensure that you are happy with your service and turn that frown upside down! :D What we are asking for the future is simply announce your update's first on the website or to the serverowners by mail. So we can warn the members and make a backup first. And when you do a update do also a save (autobackup) from the server just before the update. This would be great. Last request get the migration of DDos attacks more protected. So we gonne give this 1 more go and start over again. Support team is good and polite. If we don't have the issues am would rate you 5 stars for your interface server setup and support. Grtz joeri

I would recommend Multipay to everyone. The support is really nice. They are fast with solveing the problems. I have had never a downtime that was longer then 10 min. Most of my tickeds are handeld with in the hour. Keep up the work guys!

Thats support is really the best, with what i ever seen! They are without limits, so professional and perfect! Also very kind support staff members! I highly recommend if you want to create a server there, you just can only win with the Multiplayergameservers team! Regards, worldoflara.com
