Very quick support staff and good services. The uptime on my TS server is very good aswell and works very good. Minor flaw is that the website is not that very user friendly. Though I just use the TS server so I have no use of the website. I need to mention again, very good support staff!

Living in Iceland Game Rental service with good ping is in short supply. But Multiplay servers in the UK work the best for us over here and i've rented of them now servers for over 10 years for BF1942, BF3, BF4 and BF Hardline. What impressed me the most is the stable ping and also there quick support. Tickets are usually answered within minutes and solutions are quick and easy. Last but not least prices are always very competitive so why would i want to go anywhere else ?

Good prices and still quick/competent service is a combination that I like. In the end there will always be downtimes with any host but the quick and seamless recovery has been spot on so kudos on all fronts

I use this company to help myself and my gaming friends connect online and they provide an excellent service in regards to the speed and stability of their servers. I would 10/10 recommend. The only issue I have had with their servers in the past 12 months is during an update one time my server was down for nearly a whole day but bar that an absolutely excellent service

So I have a large group of gaming friends that play together but myself and one other specific friend are the ones that usually take care of setting up servers etc. I've used a number of different sites over the years for game hosting for games such as 7 Days to Die, StarBound, CS:GO, Minecraft (multiple times on multiple hosts), Don't Starve, and a lot of others I can't think of at the moment. I've had a few bad experiences and a lot of positive. I'd never used Multiplaygameservers.com until I was looking for a host for a Factorio server. At the time of writing this it's still an early access game and doesn't have a lot of hosting options so I went with MPGS.com I've been completely blown away with my experience with them. Due to Factorio being a early access game there have been some issues caused by the game (Absolutely not by the hosting) and the support at MPGS has been truly phenomenal. For example, it's a title they're currently unable to offer FTP for but the support was willing to drop in a map file that my friend had found and liked and make sure the saves were set up correctly (a game created issue for the early access multiplayer). They did this super fast and with no additional cost. At a lot of the services I've used before they wanted $5.00 to $25.00 just "enhanced support" like dropping in a map file. I'd say that the support from MPGS is "enhanced" right out of the gate and that's the type of service I look for. I plan on transferring my other hosing services over when their current pay periods end. Could not be happier with the service, up-time, and quality of their product. I know that the factorio pricing was VERY reasonable and honestly I'm not sure what their other pricing was but with the level of service, both technical and customer based, I can't imagine that whatever they're asking isn't the deal to be had.

Across multiple voice comm providers I have used in the past, Multiplay gameservers has by far provided the best support and the most stable servers, all with probably the lowest prices I have ever paid. In the past year I probably saw my server go down once, and it was just due to a regular maintenance. Any questions or concerns I had about the server or billing, support replied instantly (through email). The layout of the control panel is also by far the most up to date I have dealt with, other providers just seem outdated. Keep up the great work.

I have rented a teamspeak server from them for over 5 months now and it has been a flawless experience. The support are more than willing to help you with any problems you have. Overall, I would recommend multiplay game servers to anyone.

I really like the services that are offered at Multiplaygameservers i've been a customer for just over a year & many years to come, the customer support team they have handling the problems are also on top of any issues they may crop up, as well as regular maintenance on machines which i like, anybody would be happy to use this service as its cost effective, reliable, and very user friendly, After using the services of Multiplaygameservers for quite some time now its only fair for me to say that they are a very trust worthy company and you'll be in safe hands by using the services they have to offer.
