Hey, 5 START for multiplay from BRAZIL! I never see one company too good like multiplay, i never see a FASTER SUPPORT HELP/ANSWER.. its just AMAZING. Amazing, like title i have no words to describe how good was and how good its to setup my aplications gameservers with multiplay. Congratulations, stay like this and i'm sure will grow even more! I've been using Multiplay for years for both gameservers and voice servers. Both services I have never had a problem with and they have always had a great price. I had an issue recently with a server being renewed when it shouldn't have and had to contact their support for the first time. Their support team was great and with one email they refunded me the full price no questions asked and kept me in the loop about the whole process via email. I have nothing bad to say about them after years of use, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a server whether it be a game or voice server.

I had one of my first problems today. Or soon to be problems. Emailed in and got a quick, easy and extremely helpful reply back. The user actually seemed interest and willing to help with the issue, unlike some other companies. Just the initial first message put across an extremely warm and welcoming vibe to my query! Multiplay is the first and now only server provider that I will be using. 5 stars!

I have had to deal with many poor server companies for many different reasons. With the many I have used, Multiplay had been by far the best. Never had a big problem, only a game update. I put in a support ticket and got a reply within 10 minutes. I was assured the issue would be fixed within the hour, and it was. Overall, amazing service and servers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality server hosting. Thanks Multiplay!!!!

Quick to set up, easy to used and customer service is fast an excellent. RAM upgrade was completed in minutes, and I requested a server move and everything was moved and ported over in less than half an hour. Tech support is quick to respond, and extremely polite and helpful

I started my game server from Multiplay game servers and at first I had a lot of problems butt the problems were not from this company or there servers. It was from a lack of knowledge. I contacted customer service over and over and every time they replied very fast and were very knowledgeable about everything. There custom dashboard was very easy to navigate. All in all my experience with Multiplay was and is extremely good. I will be getting more servers from them and strongly recommend them to any and everybody!!!!!

I rented a server from multiplay, but it had some issues. They were very quick to respond to my support ticket and got everything sorted out very quickly.
