Decided to go with Multiplayergameservers as I've used them for Mumble servers before. I really wanted a 7 Days to Die server from them. After ordering the server was up within a minute, however the London server it put me on had issues. I submitted a ticket and these guys respond within minutes! Couldn't be happier with that. Anyway they went through in detail helping me get my server up and going, and it turns out it was a little faulty so changed me to another server right away. Then it turns out I must of played with the XML file and broken things, so again very quickly made a new "profile" which I could select so I could play with the settings I wanted. Everything was sorted out within probably 30 minutes? Can't get much better than that!

I mean doesnt look on there part but to be fair i installed about 10 addons one after another and did mess around with some .cfg files so might of broke it, but point is they were fast to response I think it was about 20 mins wen it said minimum of 4 hours to 24 hours. Guy was very friendly and cooporative as we tried to figure out the problem, which was the server just would not start, eventually he managed to figure it out. Which I just couldnt after lots of googling and actually do IT myself so fair play to him.

Have started a server so a few mates can play factorio together and have run into problems with the save file going 'walkies' one quick ticket to the admin and save world fixed back up and running. very quick and efficient even with having to deal with me. have got a three month sub, will keep this updated to how it keeps up

Overall, as a company, Multiplay are great. They are very professional, organised, and maintain a high standard of hosting. Although I feel it was a shot in the foot at first when they moved from live chat to a ticket based support system, they managed to very well exceed my expectations. With most ticket based support systems, you would expect to wait a considerable amount of time before expecting any response, especially when compared to live chat. Multiplay however, have always sent me an initial response from an agent within the hour (in worst cases slight over but always under 2 hours). There are areas for improvement, though, you have certain expectations when renting from them, and although renting doesn't hold the same expected rights as self-hosting, there is much ambiguity in just what you can do as a paying customer (there is a SERIOUS lack of documentation for server admins). Clarifying that ambiguity would not only reduce their ticket load, but it would make renting from them that much more convenient. Fix that, Multiplay, and you have my 5 stars. Otherwise, I would still recommend, they are a great company.

I have used Multiplay on and off for a number of years. I would say that they are not the best for tutorials (certainly better than a couple of years ago) but a good search of the internet usually gives the information you need although the answer doesn't always fit with the Clanforge interface. I recently attempted to install an addon for my server and was very pleasantly surprised to get a technical support email response explaining how I needed to change the game mod on the server as the addon was already available. Then through a number of very fast responses and help Tad (the technical support guy) had added a profile on my server to show what could be done. This is the best technical support I have ever had from any company and was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this company to others as I hope this wasn't Tad who went further than the rest and all Multiplay tech support is this exceptional.

I've been a customer of Multiplay for around 2 months and so far I'm thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Multiplay as well as their engaging customer service. I'd recommend Multiplay for any of their game or communication servers and hold a high opinion of the company. As well as their services and customer support, the management interface is really comprehensive. It's not complicated and really easy to navigate through the management of one's server. To this end, I would overally recommend Multiplay to anyone who asked me about providers, and I'm really content with the level of service Multiplay provides to its customers!

I have been using the services of Multiplay Gaming/Clanforge now for a few months. I have to say out of all the server hosting services out there, these guys provide awesome service to their customers. Every time I've needed them they have responded in a very timely and helpful manner to any and all tickets. I have had no performance issues game side with the server they host for me, and they are extremely fair priced for the services they provide!
