I've rented many game and teamspeak servers with other game suppliers in the past, but none of them have supplied me with such an easy to use control panel or the support like Multiplay. The multiplay team are the best in my opinion, and they are always really quick in helping you resolve every type of issue you are likely to be faced with. As my title says, I've always had excellent service as well as quick responses and resolutions for any issue I may have. I will always recommend multiplay for any server needs!

Where to start... Used these servers for many years and thought, ok, why not rent one of my own, thinking I'd get full control of things such as full RCON via their Live Control, able to upload whatever mods and maps I'd like without issues. O no, none of that!! Basically paid for my server to find out after that I wouldn't get Live Control access as they can't be bothered to enable it for me. Then adding mods and maps, such a PITA!! You have to literally beg them to do it, as it has to go through them first, so basically sending whatever files first to then wait an age to get approved (if lucky). No FTP access?! Good god, in this day and age and that's not stone age! Then the way you're are spoken to when you're literally trying to get them to get the server how you like it.. You know paying customer. Very condescending and the feeling you are making them go out their way to do there job... I was told after an upload, sorry, we can't do that as it'll take too much time...?! What?? I'm paying for a service and expect to have a service, not what you think or can be bothered to give. Really appalling service, There are many better companies out there that give you proper full access and none of the of the rubbish I've outlined above. Shame really as your LAN parties are your forte, not server hosting and the customer service that goes with it. Stay clear imho.

So i got a voice server first with multiplay, can't fault that. After having the for a month or so i decided lets give one of their game servers a go as the clanforge control panel they had sounded good, boy was that a mistake. Half the features dont even work. they give no access to ftp and the database files, yes they allow you to download the files but then you need to hunt around and find a program that will allow you to access them. Customer service wise, They are slow to update servers, and dont allow people to manually run update commands with rust at least, thios causes hold ups and players unable to join ya server due to their incompatance to do anything right. I opened a ticket about the clanforge issues i faced, asked for details on when i can expect it to be fixed and so on and i just get fobbed of with no real answers as to when it will be resolved when i hear from other friends who also have servers of their own running that their hosts have working web base control panels and things like ftp and database access. Also they allow for the customer to update the server when any update has been release, which in rust is every week and having ones server updated quickly is something that is a must have. Overall i dont rate these guys very highly, yes they know how to run a lan party given the i events over the years but running a decent games server is something i feel they have a lot of work to do on.

I have rented a teamspeak server for a long while and rented a gameserver a short period. Never had a problem the first year. Support is fast and helpfull if a problem occurs.

This group is amazing. They have some of the best costumer service I've seen in a long time. When ever I have an issue they have fixed it asap. And they are very professional. I'd recommend them for anything server related. I'm never using someone else after this experience.

I've been with this service provider for over 6 years now for both voip and game servers they are the best in the market for hosting and I'm nothing but pleased with their services their support system can be frustrating but they always redeem themselves with exceptional service I'm happy to recommend them as they are a service you can rely upon and are very understanding when it comes to knowing what you as a customer wants. The support are friendly and inviting and really care about their customers.
