They fix problems in a few minutes if you have any

So I contacted Multiplay about a DayZ server offline (not mine I'm just a player), now these guys don't own the server per se they are the service provider that rents them out any how within literally minutes these guys have the server back online! I'm not the owner or subscriber yet "they listen to and value gamers".

There are no negative comments I can leave about Multiplay Gameservers! I had one problem connecting to my server so I submitted my ticket very late in the evening, and they received, responded and resolved my problem within minutes with an attitude that conveyed empathy and professionalism!

Terrible! Ordered a terraria server, the server would not save so I asked for help via support ticket, after telling me every day that it would be fixed soon as it was a problem on their side, I eventually got tired of checking my support ticket every day for them just to tell me it's not ready yet and asked for a refund, to which they replied sure let us transfer you to our refund team, which you may or may not receive a refund in 21 days. Don't buy a server from multiplay.

Surprisingly fast ticket response times. You can actually see during the conversation, that they really want to help you (had mostly negative experience prior to Multiplay). Things happen, that`s life. But politeness, positive mindset, and willingness to help is just what you need from customer/provider relationship. Thank you, and keep up the great work! Vitali Piunov

I had problems with my server, but the speed and kindness of the people from the support team fixed my server and did it no time. I honestly have no complaints. Just fantastic!

I'm with Multiplay from 2012. On Multiplay we rent our Battlefield servers. Of all the providers that we tried, we stopped at Multiplay. During this long time, I was able to assess the quality of their servers and support services. In terms of performance, the server works fine, although we had a little fight for it, but if the server that is going to happen, support staff to quickly fix the problem, simply write the ticket, and after a while you will get a quick response. Big thanks for Josh, Michael, Elliot, Kevin and other support tech you are best guys. Suggestions: FTP access for games needed Mods uploading.

First you should know: I've only used Multiplay Gameservers for a week. I will leave another review in a month. When I first finished the initial process and paid for my server, I almost instantly received an E-mail telling me that there had been a lot of people signing up for servers recently and I would have to wait up to 2 days for my server. I was upset and sceptical. I received another E-mail about 15 minutes later informing me my server was ready. I hopped on Factorio and was able to log into it. I don't notice any lag playing with 2 players(buddy and I). There is an online service for managing your server called Clanforge. It is very user friendly and has video tutorials to help you learn how to use it as well. You can upload your own maps to Clanforge, set permissions for players on your server, and other things I have not done yet. I uploaded 2 maps to Clanforge. One was a test and the other was the map I wanted. Each time I uploaded a map, I had an E-mail confirming the change had been made in under 2 hours. You also get a mumble server for free. You can control it from Clanforge (password, banning people you don't want, etc.). You can also change what game your server is hosting. I have not tried this yet, since I'm happy playing Factorio. I may do it just to test it before I write my 1 month review. For $5 a month, I am pretty pleased with what I'm getting out of that $5 so far. I rate it 4 stars because I reserve 5 for truly amazing things and 4 is slightly above average(3). Thanks for reading. Good luck with your games.
