My FC has been using this service for the last few years and it has been very consistent. Aside from ddos attacks I don't recall having it go down more than once.

I didn't find where I can make refaund. :(
Response from Multiplay GameserversMar 3, 2017
Hi Evgeniy, Many thanks for taking the time to reach out. We offer a 5 day money back guarantee. After this time has passed, you can cancel the service as explained here: https://tinyurl.com/ho32pb5 or even swap to another game via Clanforge. I can see that your service expired after a month but if you need any further assistance then please raise a ticket with support. Thanks, Chris MPGS

Multiplay has hosted our Teamspeak server for several years now, with no problems at all. And to a resonable price also. Would recommend 5/5.

We have been using the Multiplay Voice servers for several years. The first two years using had problems weekly. The three or so years since have been pretty smooth. The pricing for voice servers could be slightly lower though.
