Very easy to set up, cheap and reliable.

You keep shutting my sever down for whatever reason and tell me its my fault. Im not even on the sever and you take it down. Youve made it hard for one person to get on so why am i paying for 12. Ok so you say I’m running to many mods. Well in my opinion 12 mods isn’t to many I know people with severs running over 70 mods. So let’s say it is the mods then answer this. How can it run fine with 8 people on but can’t handle when only 1 is on? That sounds like something on your side is broken and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem and I was only running 6 mods back then on a different map. Ok you raised the figures for the sever now twice and still having the same problem. So I’m not sure what’s going on but whatever the problem is your ideas have yet to work. I’ve deleted used mods only using 33% of the hd space I’m allowed and from what I see 3% of the ram.

They have incredibly fast, reliable, intelligent customer service representatives. I have been lucky enough to have been given "Magnus" as my representative. And he consistently will respond to me within 30 minutes no matter what time it is, and there are NO automated responses here, just a human being with a good knowledge of every aspect of their product.

Nice panel for managing the server. We've never had issues with our server from a technical standpoint -- it runs very well. Prices are a good value for the product we're receiving. We had one little hiccup where our backup files weren't showing up in the list to be able to restore, but we put in a ticket to their help desk and it was resolved within 24 hours. Plus the customer service team were very nice and knowledgable about their product, which seems to be difficult to come across in this day and age no matter what industry you're working with. Overall, we're very happy. Definitely recommend and will be continuing with this company, even if we switch games, so long as they support the type of server we need.

I've get the server for 1 month and you'd say that the renewal was not automatic, so I've pay for another month without receiving any emails about the renewal, and now I've one month of one of your servers without the need of it...at least the server in game runs well, Thx you by Valentini Marco
