Ran great. Amazing customer service.

So I ordered a 150 slot server on rust to host and I managed to fill it up in the first hour yet even though I paid for 150 player slots the server kept crashing due to a 'too many players' error!! This happened once the server reached around 140 players and kept happening non-stop crashes every 20 minutes for around 2 hours until I heard back from customer support but by this time I had already lost most of my players. Incredibly frustrating experience trying to explain to everyone why the server would constantly restart when everyone was trying to play. Very disappointed after paying for 150 slots and the server can't even handle 150 players that's called false advertising...

East to use, does everything you'd expect a server to do. No lag and I haven't seen down time at all yet. Once had trouble switching the server to a different game but support fixed my issue faster than it took me to send them a message about it, which is pretty impressive.

Server constantly goes down. Says it's up in the dashboard, but unseeable by ark. It will not go 24 hrs without going down. No Update feature from dashboard, so they do it automatically and the server gets stuck and have to submit tickets. Just all around pretty crappy. You get what you pay for here folks. Spend another $5-$10 and go with another host. Btw the dashboard is crap. They don't tell you that if you use their pre-made stuff and then you actually edit the game ini that it doesn't overlap, it wipes everything and you gotta go back and re-do it all. Just use another company it's so poorly set up that if you don't REALLY know what you're doing, you'll end up having a completely frustrating time.

Great information and a short explanation of why my mod wasn't working. I have no issues with my server and i don't pay a lot! Honestly i should have done sooner. And so that readers know that this is real i will say something strange... i wish this tiger would stop eating my socks.... at least while they are still attached to me anyway.. ;)

Insanely competitive prices, and great quality servers too! I would recommend these guys over anyone else. Support response times are also amazing.
