Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Great customer service. Prompt at answer emails and resolved my question. A+

I live on a farm and am forever trying to find ways to keep clean floors. These are excellent matts. Really reduce the mess my 5 dogs and I can leave behind when entering and exiting the house. Excellent service too. Highly recommend these.

I receive my order in the best condition and all complete. I am very happy with my purchase because it is very soft and it really traps dirt and water./ thank you very much.

Great product for getting dirt and water off of shoes and pets feet before stepping on my tile. Great customer service with prompt attention to any issue. My order was missing one thing and it was resolved immediately.

I love the quality of the mat. I would highly recommend this. I have a large dog at home and it really traps dirt and mud from the outside.

It works perfectly and I don't have to worry about my floors getting dirty when my dogs comeback after a day of playing outside!

I was hesitant to order at first. Called customer service to see if this is not a scam. Processed my order quickly. Works perfectly with my pets! Real quality mat. Very pleased with what I ordered. Highly recommended.

As I was checking out with my purchase I got offered a few additional options at sale prices or for free however when I saw my receipt the charges were higher than the offers. I emailed the company asking to cancel my order of those additional items as I was overcharged. Their customer service got back to me on the same day with a very clear and visual explanation of the charges, and offered a few options in addition to being able to cancel my order.
