Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have several mats and was glad to see a larger size for my 90 pound granddog. The drying towel is a joy and customer service is great!

I’ve got these all around my house. I keep them under my dogs food bowl because all of them are messy eaters. This traps everything. I just shake it out after about a week and that’s it. If it gets too soiled, just stick it in the wash. So easy, and saves me a big headache.

I really love using my Muddy Mat, now I have no worries about the dirt and sand my Muddy Mat will do the job. Satisfied customer!

Just want to thank Muddy Mat for their excellent customer service. I’d owned my largest of 4 Muddy Mats around a month and the backing started splitting. I got in touch and after a couple of questions and a video of the said mat. A new one was despatched, to which we are happy and eagerly awaiting the replacement Thanks

Not only are the products excellent, but the customer service is also highly responsive and helpful. We've got multiple mats for our entry way and back door, as well as stone bath mats, and these are the best such products we've ever used. The door matts really help with preventing the dogs from tracking in too much dirt and debris from outside, and the stone mats are so absorbent and so much better than typical bath mats. Highly recommended!

Do not buy from this company , it’s a scam!! I ordered 1 muddy mat and was charged to my card but I then found a further charge for 3 more mats that I never ordered!! I contacted customer services and they offered me £100 credit to keep the mats. After i refused and requested a refund they proceeded to delay by offering various discounts to keep the order. Even after i refused the delivery they persisted to make discount offers and I spent a great deal of time emailing and in the end I had to get my bank involved in the dispute. The company finally refunded my money but I would urge people not to order from this company!

We are RVers and I have constantly had to fight tracking in dirt, grass, sand, etc. MuddyMat really works! Since getting my MuddyMat, I no longer have to continuously clean up my floors! Even my dog doesn’t track dirt in! I love my mat, and it was so worth the money!

This Muddy Mat is a fantastic product for dog owners like me who want to keep their homes clean and tidy, while also providing a comfortable and safe surface for their dogs to walk on. I love this for making it perfect for dogs who love to play outside!! 😍
