Wife was on your website looking and wanted to see the shipping charges but had to put her card info in to see it, She did NOT submit the order yet once you collected her info you made an unauthorized charge our card without her submitting a order. The payment is pending and we called our credit union fraud dept and blocked her card and will get a new card soon. You will not get this charge. Scammers.

Bought the mat which was free delivery, paid by PayPal. On finishing it asked me if I wanted the grippers at £4, which I agreed. Never got an order no off them but PayPal did an immediate payment of £21!! Grippers, tax (which you’re not aware) and delivery. Then an additional freight charge of £6!! I immediately sent them a message to cancel. And 3 days later had no reply, and no refund. AVOID

Ordered a large mat at £54.95 plus a floor gripper set at £1.99 via their marketing on instagram, which offered free shipping. Paid by PayPal but as the payment was made I was astonished to see I’d been charged £65.94 for the mat (included “taxes” not mentioned on the site) and £13.54 for the grippers! Immediately cancelled the order but then was sent numerous offers from the company to accept a discounted price/two for one etc. Eventually raised a case with PayPal to get my refund. Don’t fall for it!!

Customer service messaged me from a Facebook post I had submitted to help answer another person's question. I was unaware of a specific guarantee and they explained it and went beyond anything I expected. I was making a personal experience with product and was sad it didn't last long with my 7mos old puppy. (Labrador Border Terrior mix) After several communications, in end, I received a message a new runner was on the way. I did not expect a replacement. I thought I was only helping with product experience. Thank you so much to the person I had communications with.

Issue with the Rug grippers, for which you have to pay extra, they do not stick to the back of the muddy mat. I called the company to see if they could replace the grippers. Since my 60 day Moneyback guarantee had expired, even though I wasn’t requesting a return on the mats- just the rug grippers, they would not help me.

I have several sizes of Muddy Mats and they are the best rugs I have ever bought! They keep dirt off my floors in our house. We have them in our RV because they work so well! I shake them out and they keep on picking up the sand and dirt. They wash up well in my washing machine, too. I bought a couple of them originally because we had small dogs, but they are so great, I bought more for our new house, our RV, and for our son and daughter-in-law's house. Highly recommend them!

These mats are the best. We have 6 so far. We have 4 dogs,2 small and 2 large. We have a lot of dirty feet, water drips from the big dogs drinking, and an occasional accident These mats have held up so well. Just throw them in the washer and you're done.
