I ordered my muddy mats on 12/22 with an original tracking ship date of 1/5. The mats did not arrive until 1/10 so I was nervous that this site was a scam and I wasn't going to get my mats but they were delivered on the 10th and I absolutely love them! I bought the large runner for are front walk way and a large for by the back door. I received the medium size mat free and also keep that by the back door. It has been great with the snow and our 4 dogs! My hallway is not nearly as wet as it was with the last mat we had and these are so Soft! I may be ordering another set soon! I would love a runner for my back hallway!!

21 days since placing irder and still no delivery. No replies to many emails. Do not buy directly from them!

Don't know how I lived without these mats. I use them under my 2 cat litter boxes and there is no sign of litter through the house. Also, one by the back door to clean wet, snowy shoes. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Susan Zajda

I ordered a mat because they are advertised a fitting under any door. They do not. when I found that the mat didn't fit under my door I had to go through the rigmarole of sending it back which Muddy mat don't make easy. Muddy mat only refunded me a partial amount keeping the "taxes" I presume they mean VAT as I paid for return postage. this is wrong. they will undoubtably re-sell the mat I sent back and get VAT on that sale as well thus making a nice little extra profit

I have three dogs. It was pouring rain and not one dog paw on the kitchen floor! Thanks to Muddy Mat I feel the job gets done!

I was significantly overcharged for my order. First, the rug grippers were supposed to be $1.99 each, and they charged me $7.96 each. Also, shipping was supposed to be free and to be delivered in a week. They charged me $3.99, did not tell my about the charge until after I completed the order, and said it would be delayed. This website has a very scammy feel. I should have paid attention to my instincts.

Note to Muddy Mat: You can have the best product in the world, and the best advertising in the world, but if your customer service is bad, you won't sell many mats. Your package tracking is inadequate. The only information a customer can get is the number of days it's been on the road. That information is useless since it just tells me how long it's been on the road. Your customer phone support is extremely poor. The first time I called, I was on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got through, I was able to stay on the line with the customer service rep for less than 2 minutes until the phone was disconnected. I called a second time, and was on hold for over15 minutes until I finally had to hang up. I can't spend my life waiting to talk to someone about an order. I will never order again. I received my mats on 1/27. It took about a month for delivery. I did not receive a response from customer service until a day after my mats were delivered. Regardless, the mats are of good quality. However, I still maintain that customer support is horrible. I understand Walmart carries them. I would encourage you to get them from Walmart instead of online. I still would rate the company 1 star because of the terrible customer support.
