I first bought a muddy mat to go by the door that my dog uses to come in from the garden. It was so brilliant that I then bought two more mats, one for by the front door, and one to be used as a bath mat. Last, but by no means least, I bought a medium sized dog bed. It is more than big enough for my long-legged border collie cross dog, and he loves it. Best dog bed ever!

I have 2 little dogs that bring a lot of stuff in on their paws and this has helped greatly to keeping my floors clean.

First, it took 12 days to get picked up by FedEx, and another 6 days to arrive. But when it finally arrived, the order was short by one mat, and you wanted me to send you the shipping tag! You HAVE the shipping tag, and I sent the FedEx photo of the delivery, clearly showing just 2 mats when there should have been 3. Now you’ve ghosted me. Not cool.

Living on a lake and owning 3 large dogs that track in and out all day long. These are a God Send to us! We have the long runner and a large on ( in gray) They are amazing! Now if your company would ever design one that they roll on and it removes All of their shedding hair!!!!

I ordered my mats 2 weeks ago. Tracking says they were received by shipper, but I have not received them. I have sent two emails, but no response.

I keep being told to check back in 48 hrs to see where my order is now, it has been redirected again it should be there soon. I should have bought from Amazon instead of the Muddy Matt website. If you want to wait and wait and spend hundreds of dollar and speak to someone you can't understand than throw your money away here.

Very disappointed in the lack of response I've received to return the three mats I ordered. Be advised that the dark "navy" as shown on the website is actually royal blue 🔵. I received one email response asking if I'd take a reduced price to keep the mats, which I declined. I finally got a human on the phone Tuesday, after multiple unanswered emails. My request is "being reviewed" - which I interpret as I may not qualify for a return and refund. So I wait. You can buy these on Amazon and save yourself the hassle. As we all know, Amazon returns are a breeze.

Don’t believe the delivery promises. I ordered mine several weeks ago and it has been in one location for 10 days. Inquiries about my order have gone unanswered! Very disappointed with bad service.
