Worst customer service ever! I ordered my mats and they have been sitting in their shipping facility for a week now. I have contacted them through email and they have yet to respond. I am currently on hold (26 minutes) with their customer service department. I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend them. I spent over $100 on rugs that I never received.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! A friend had ordered a muddy mat ( I liked the mats) and she has 2 dogs. I ordered directly from muddy mat for my 2 dogs. Paid in full with $14.99 express shipping. Here we are 10 days later, no order came and 3 emails , countless phone calls with ridiculous waiting times yielded me nothing until the 5 th time calling and waiting 30 minutes finally reached someone ( not in the U.S.). I was refunded my express shipping money and told my complain would be forwarded to sales manager. Other than that I’m waiting for my order. If the manufacturer reads this if your product is popular and cannot fill orders promptly you need to revamp your operations. JMO

Muddy Mats really work as described catching the snow, water and dirt my dog brings in. I love the colors available. Great deal this Christmas.

I've got a really big dog, she was my deceased sons pet,and she and I would become fast friends. But.... Being so big she really made big messes when she came in from outside. So I bought some muddy mats. Oh my, she loved them, l loved them so much I bought nine of them for all my other doors and for her kennel and sleeping area. Thank you for the great product. Oh, and they wash up and dry beautifully.

We’ve had two Muddy Mats and they are amazing. Keeps lots of dirt and muddy water out of the house.

One of the worst companies to deal with. 10 business days after ordering, I had to call to get my order “expedited”. A shipping label was created, then I had to call 10 DAYS LATER because the item just sat there. Customer service rep said she would forward to a different department for them to get back to me in 48 hours. I said no thanks, please refund my entire purchase. Cheaper and overnight delivery on Amazon. SO. FRUSTRATING. I tried to order direct but 3 weeks later, had to order from Amazon for overnight delivery. Website for muddy may still shows “shipping within hours”.

I purchased a Muddy Mat for a Christmas gift. An offer came up to buy 2 and get one free. I paid for 2. I received 1 mat. No invoice or return label. I have emailed and called numerous times requesting the second mat which was paid for and my free mat or a refund. Other than 1 email asking me to send a picture of the mat I received there has been no communication. Emails and phone calls have not been returned. Would not recommend buying from this company. 1/28/25 After receiving the below response from this company I sent my order number and still have had no communication from this company. I paid a lot of money for 1 mat. Was expecting 3. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. After seeing Muddymats response to my comment I contacted them AGAIN and as of 2/21 there has been no response from them. No refund and never received the other mat I paid for or the "free mat" I was promised. If I could give no stars I would.

Don’t hesitate to buy, they are great. I bought the runner and placed it in front of our sliding door and doggie door. With 3 pups it picks up this South Carolina sandy soil. I’m not running a vacuum cleaner every day. You will not regret it.
