Love these, can't say enough great things about them! Absorb puppy paws dirt and mud so easily. Soft enough that my pup will lay on them for hours.

I ordered 2 muddy mats and never got the free one as advertised , I don’t know the exact date of order either October , November or December of 2024 . I don’t care if you say you can’t locate it because I know I ordered it and I know the 3rd muddy mat never came .

I ordered on Jan 21st and paid extra for fedex shipping to get it quickly. I have not received it yet. When I checked the shipping it’s saying USPS. I sent an email asking why and have gotten no response. Should have just ordered something different on Amazon. Learned a lesson!

have asked numerous times for refund. my package is lost i have tried the post office can not get answer from them i have reported it. its been over a MONTH and still nothing no refund just got 25 dollar gift card like that makes it better. I would not recommend this company to order anything . if i could give minus star i would. their customer service is awful . no help at all. so i guess i got scammed out of money. thanks for nothing

Horrible customer service. Numerous attempts to get ahold of them to inquire about my order that they claimed shipped but the tracking number provided shows nothing. Going on 3 weeks of no movement and no responses. Avoid this company they have no customer skills but were quick to take my money.

This was one of the best things I've ever purchased, I am a mom of three kids and three boxers and the amount of dirt and mud they track in was unbelievable. I didn't know how to get a handle on it. Then I seen the ad on Facebook for muddy mats and was like it's worth a shot. I bought one and it cut back on the dirt tracked in. Made my life easier so I bought two more they are easy to clean just throw them in the washer. I would definitely buy them again it is a big help keeping the floors clean. The dogs have no choice when they come in to walk on the mat and it wipes their paws 🐾 great product!

Easy ordering, timely delivery. The bed was set out as soon as received and our Dani moved right in. She appears much more comfortable than in her old bed. I had actually doubled her old beds because they looked so flat. Happy dog happy pet parents!

Update: Mats were delivered this evening. No word from the company. The tracking showed it going from TX to LA to TX & back to LA yesterday. So it wasn’t helpful. I ordered through Amazon and had no problem. My order arrived as scheduled. I wanted more mats & Amazon didn’t offer the buy 2 get 1 special so I ordered through Muddy Matt’s. My original delivery date was January 13th. The “tracking” info they supply is not helpful at all. Delivery has not been made yet, given 3 different dates. Today it shows that it left Dallas (same time zone as me) at 3:30 this afternoon. My order has left Dallas in the future!! I reached out to the company and have received no reply. I’m hoping I haven’t been scammed since they have my money and I have no rugs.
