my order has not been pickup by FedEx 01/07/25. have made four phone calls no one every pickup my call. 30 mins, 20mins, 22mins. left voice mail and was cutoff. today 01/24/25 finally was able to speak to person. but still received the runaround. very poor customer service and business service from this company. all I received why not shipped is FedEx pick it up.

I'm not here to review their product. I'm here to review the company. I ordered four muddy mats on January 1, 2025. The money was withdrawn from my account on January 2, 2025. Their website claims they ship within 24 to 48 hours from receiving the order. It's January 24 and I still haven't received it. Their Customer Service hold time for me was over 30 minutes and when I was finally connected it was to a recording that said I must've reached them after hours. Not when I'm calling you at 11 o'clock in the morning. This company isn't accredited with Better Business Bureau and now I know why because they are in a better business. I don't care how good their mats might be. I filed a dispute with PayPal, who is just as bad, and the response from muddy mat was nothing but lies. They said that they gave the product to the carrier, FedEx, on January 10, FedEx didn't get it until the 17th. They lied and said I received it, and I still don't have it.

I ordered a dog bed and mat on 12/26. To date still not received. 1 email and 3 phone calls still can't get an answer as to where my order is. It's been pending shipment since 12/31. Every phone call I was assured it was "escalated". Today I asked what their definition of escalated was and didn't get an answer. Horrible customer service. Will never order again. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I ordered a large rug and was shipped a small. They don’t respond to emails and calling them won’t help either. Customer service is none existent and I would suggest people not purchase from this company. Edit: The company did reach out to me and sent me the correct size that I had ordered. They even told me to keep the small size that was shipped to me first. You shouldn’t have to leave a negative review to get a response but it seems affective when they don’t answer your emails.

I ordered 3 mats on 1/10/25. I received an e-mail on 1/12/25 with a FedEx tracking number. If you click on the tracking number FedEx shows that MuddyMats created a label on 1/12/25. To date (1/23/25) FedEx has not received the package from MuddyMats. I sent an e-mail to MuddyMats but they have not responded. If they are not going to send the mats then they should refund my money.

Update They have reached out and my shipment is on its way. They are working to make up for the delay and difficulty contacting them. I am upping my review to 3 stars due to this. I have ordered the mats. Order placed on 1/11 received notification as of 1/14 label created and nothing since. I’ve sent several emails, fb messages, tried calling twice on hold forever. I keep seeing great reviews in these mats and I just would like to know what the hold up and if they are not going to be sent refund my money. If someone sees this please contact me reviews for your customer service will not be high.

My muddy mat was the best purchase for our entryway. No more boot trays needed. Absorbs water, snow, and dirt. After shaking it out, it looks new and haven’t needed to wash since receiving it in November 2024. I’ve been telling friends and family I highly recommend it.

I ordered the mats on 1/10/25 and have not received anything yet. I checked the supposed tracking number that came in the email and not only does it look like spam but it told me nothing. I then tried to reach out to customer support at 203-857-3028 and was on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered the call. The person (Rain) was very pleasant (and should probably consider working somewhere else) but told me that the order had not actually even left the warehouse but was supposedly going to some day leave via Fedex, who must be very over-booked. I then requested a refund and at first was met with well let us update you by email. Based on my 25 min hold time I was not satisfied with that - not repeating this. So had to ask a second time before she agreed to actually process the refund. I will say the refund did finally come through and that is the only "kudo's" that I would give this company. I cannot suggest purchasing from them and that's too bad because the people who supposedly got their order fulfilled seem to like the product. Too bad the ordering process and access to customer support is such a drag.
