Customer service was not helpful at all. I ordered product beginning of December....was told they couldn't deliver, huh??? No response, no $ return. What a joke and a rip off - would never recognize

I received an "out of stock" message today to explain delay (over a month later). It would have been helpful to communicate the information a bit sooner, but thanks for finally letting me know.

Ordered on 12/13 and they charged my card. I haven't received anything and it's now 1/5. I reached out to see what the status is and after many attempts, finally got a chat bot to look up the order which said it was showing as canceled. I asked why and who canceled it, but it had no answer for that and then transferred to a phone line that rang for a long time. I've tried to communicate with this company over the past few weeks, and no one responds. Email, phone, chat option on the website, sent a DM on social media...still nothing. I didn't cancel this order. I've been waiting for shipping confirmation this whole time. Recordings say they're dealing with a high volume of orders. I understand that, but it's still not a reason to fail in communicating with people who you've already charged. Consider hiring more help! I'm still trying to find out if my order was actually canceled and why. If I'm not going to receive it, someone needs to let me know and refund my money. This experience has been very frustrating. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I placed your order on December 24, 2025 for a muddy pet bed. We’re supposed to be delivered Friday. January 2, 2026 nothing came. I can’t get any information on it. I tried calling the police phone. This rings. They took my money, but I can’t get nowhere i’ll try emailing the company they keeps sending the same thing back 48 to 72 hours. It’s been over that I have not heard anything. Please be aware of this company. They take your money but you don’t receive your product.

picked up wet dog feet ok until it was washed. now doesn't pick up even the cat's wet paws even though walks over it. won't buy again

Do not buy these as the rubber backing will tint your floor yellow. Rubber backing also degrades after a few washes.

It doesn’t do what it advertised as!! It doesn’t grab the dirt, wetness or any other weather elements. The rugs also are not as thick weaved as shown in pictures!

I think this company is a scam, and may be impersonating a legit company's business. I thought I'd done my due diligence in coming to Trust Pilot before placing my order, but was I mislead by a .co vs a .com? It is now 3.5 weeks since I placed my order, being promised very quick delivery of my dog door mats. No tracking, no indication anything has been sent. In fact (bad indicator!), my inquiry to customer support resulted in a reply that in part warned (paraphrasing) that should I inquire again I'd lose my place in the queue. A bit suspect, and sent my radar up. I waited several more days before writing again, and got the same form letter, always assuring me that they were working on getting my order out to me. This does not sound like the glowing customer service of the company I came here and thought I was reading about before I ordered. Prove me wrong, and I'll upgrade my rating. But, when your reply ends with a warning about asking twice about my missing product you are a SCAM.
