Husband placed order Dec 14, 2025. Received confirmation but never got a shipping email. Tried emailing them but no response so I called. First time I called they checked all the items I had in my order and all were in stock so they said they would expedite my order and I would receive email within 24-48 hours when it shipped. Waited 3 more days and nothing so I called again. They again said they would expedite my order. Again nothing. It was Dec 1,2026 and I decided enough is enough and called again for refund. They were fast to do that. Not a good experience at all.

I have not received part of my order after about 6 weeks. I can not seem to get anyone to respond to give me a time when or if I will receive the rugs. I can not get anyone to refund me either. I would really just like to get the rugs.

We order'd on 12/7, we contacted support twice and still have not heard anything. Its a scam.

Ordered on 12/19/2025 and they charged my card but as of 1/2/2026, the product has not shipped. I am trying to get a refund but have been unable to get in touch with customer service to do so. Update 1/6/2026: requested refund but since they printed the shipping label on 12/23/2025, they requested that I should wait on product. As of today at 4:00pm, no change - nothing but a printed shipping label. Another excuse. I have again requested a full refund to my credit card that they charged on 12/18/2025. Update 1/8/2026: Received full refund.

I ordered several mats on 12/6 with the intention of giving these as Christmas presents. They still haven’t arrived and I’ve tried to contact their customer service through both email and phone without and response. I have finally contacted PayPal for a refund. Beware of extremely poor customer service and slow (if any) shipping.

Quick turn around on orders and their products are great for any pet owner.

I had to get this off my chest. As someone who has a muddy mat, it is a solid product *IF* you get one. But the customer service is really poor. I ordered during the Black Friday sales week. (November 25 2025). They were showering the site with crazy FOMO deals, and goodies. Look like a great deal. Bought, got receipt email. And waited...and waited. A month goes by, my order status through the shop app, remained unchanged for over a month. "Waiting for details". I get curious and send a Support Ticket on December 24, 2025, asking about my order. I get an almost immediate response back. (good on them). Telling me to give them another 24-72 hours to get the fulfillment center (outgoing parcel department) to process my order. I wait again, for 8 days, until the originally promised time of a chargeback (I originally threatened a chargeback by the 1st if I got no solid reply back in my support ticket). I check my support ticket status, to ask a question about my order. Only to find that it has been closed....So I make a new support ticket, asking about my order status only to get a hilariously obtuse bot (or customer service intern response?) on how we shouldn't make multiple support tickets and they will "get back me with shortly". Yeah, charge backs have never been easier. Let my experience be a cautionary tale, "when the deal is too good to be true, it probably is". Shame too, their product is actually solid (when they can fulfill your order).

Where have these rugs been all my life! I ordered 4 and the large one in front of my door has protected my marble floors and made my life much easier! I plan to purchase more in the future. While they are a bit expensive they are totally worth the money. Heavy duty too! Y’all impressed this country gal! Thanks
