I placed my order on the 28th of December 2025 with a delivery date of January 6th 2026. On the 6th I did not receive my order and contacted Muddy Mat and was told I didn’t pay for expedited shipping so I would receive my order on the 9th. Now it’s the 9th and I get an email with tracking stated I would receive my order on the 12th. I could have made these mats faster. I just don’t like doing business with an unscrupulous company and will never place another order. Joe Paliokaitis

The mats are thick, soft and absorbent. The thick rubber back keeps floors dry.

I had to contact customer support. Customer service agent was professional, and extremely helpful. I will continue to purchase Muddy Mats.

Accountability and transparency. Refreshing in this day and age. They neglected to send me my free mat with the promotion for buying two. I email them and they made it right.

This is a great company. I love the Muddy rugs. I would buy them again. This is my first order and I love them. You get answers from your personal. Will buy them again

I had super high hopes for these mats, bought 3 including the huge one. Have one on the door step coming in, the huge one inside, and my floors are still a disaster. I have to clean their feet before they come in, the mat didn't help any more than the regular mats I was using before these.

Glad to receive our muddy mats. The mats are awesome. It did take a really long time to receive them. They were backed up with higher than usual orders. Ordered end of October and did not receive until end of December.

I like the mat just would've chosen a different color. they are very nice mats.
