The mats themselves are great! As far as my personal experiences... The first time, I ordered and received my mat very quickly (a week or two). The second time, I ordered a few of them and I never received them, not even one. It's been a month! I went to the website to use my tracking number, but I couldn't find an area to enter it. I went to the website to find a number to call, but all I could do was chat with a robot about the issue. 🙄 As far as the mats, they do their job well, don't slide around at all, and absorb water nicely. I really do like that I can wash it! If I'm going to hang it to dry it, I usually give it until the next day for it to be completely dry and it is. 👍 I don't know if I somehow got scammed the second time around or what, but until I get my second order, I won't order again.

At the end of my buy two get one free order ($59) up popped something that said order one more for a great discount. HA! Took my money ($27) without letting me choose the size or color. Apparently it was the small size and grey but they never sent it. Not only was this NOT a good deal, they never sent it. Took six emails over two weeks before I got one response. Never again. Not worth the hassle.

Very misleading and expensive. I received 3 charges on my card for one mat that ended up costing $112.51. I did finally speak with a customer service rep and they are refunding me $7.57, said I was charged for shipping twice. Don't order through them, just buy a similar mat at the store.

I like that I can use it to collect seeds, grass at both doors and to collect water at the dog bowl.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered Dec 1, (for a Christmas present) got an email with an order number saying it would ship in 48 hrs. Went 2 weeks without hearing a thing. Called and got a very happy robot that said I would get my shipping info in 24 to 48 hours. Another week nothing. Emailed them. No response. Since no response I disputed the charge and emailed them to cancel. No response. Showed up Jan 3rd. Now torture I have to takes pictures and submit them “to see if they will accept return”. Unreal. Awful.

Muddy Mat was great! It was the delivery method that was awful.

We have 3 dogs. 2 huge and 1 smaller size. Cleaning the floor daily isn’t easy for me, I have disabilities. I kept seeing commercials about Muddy Mat and decided to buy a few. They rock!!! I have zero paw prints on my floors from the muddy yard, the dogs love laying on them and the fact that they collect the hair that they shed has made my life so much easier. I now own 7 and might buy a few more. I strongly suggest them. Non-slip and nice looking. Total win win for me.
