Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

These mats are great! They are soft and very absorbent, perfect for wet doggy paws entering the house. We have two 5-foot length mats and two 10-foot length mats in our sunroom to accommodate our pup entering from the main door or the doggy door. The mats are pretty and soft enough for our pup to lie on.

10 December I ordered some mats. The website did not confirm the order, so I redid it, then discovered a duplicate order. I emailed immediately asking for one order to be cancelled but the company refused, saying to refer to returns policy. Two packages arrived 17 December. I reviewed the website, there was NO section about returns. I emailed them asking for help. I have since emailed THREE more times. I have had no response, no acknowledgement. The mats are fab and wash well. But the service?? I have a fully packaged pack of mats for return, I can ill afford to be out of pocket, but Muddy Mats has ghosted me.

I have large dogs. They love these. I have 4 of the beds and two crate mates. Durable and easy to wash.wish there was a way to send pictures

Muddy Mats are a must, for anyone with dogs with paws that go outside. I am awaiting my 6th muddy mat rolling into mud season with my 7 dogs. I recommend them to everyone!!

Love these rugs—so cozy and nice to walk on, not to mention the dog likes them too!

I have purchased 4 muddy mats and they are wonderful. I have 2 dogs and a 10 or old grandson and the save me alot of time on cleaning. Definitely recommend them.

Quick reply and excellent help.

I ordered 5 of these AWESOME muddy mats, gave 2 to my daughter and her family as a house warming present. They ALL LOVE them too. With my order I received the doggy towel. This is another Awesome Product you make. We live in the country with lots of snow. My dog goes out and rolls in it for his enjoyment. He is a springer spaniel which means LONG hairs. He even has the grinch paws with LONG fur. It all collects clods of snow. The doggy blanket wipes it all away with Not much effort. I highly suggest if you dont have either of these products and feel you may benefit from your purchase you will NOT be disappointed.
