Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people, the bed is poor quality and sheds. They are not prepared to refund or replace. Stay clear.

I'm giving one star
I'm giving one star, I'd rather give zero stairs but that wasn't an option. I have sent three emails for a return with no answer. Plus no customer phone number to call. Pretty soon the 30 days will be up and I won't even be able to return the item. My dog has arthritis, and the bed doesn't have enough cushion support. I guess I'll have to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
