I ordered a dog bed for my brother’s…
I ordered a dog bed for my brother’s puppy and promised it to them, and am still waiting for delivery. Since I believe it was in September and I have not received any great updates other than it’s Covid you have to wait. Or it’s out in California and we don’t know why it hasn’t shipped?? I don’t believe any of this is the truth. How would you feel if this were you? So, that’s all I know as of now.

I thought the dog bed was too small and…
I thought the dog bed was too small and should have been described as small not medium size. Also, couldn’t tell which side was up or down. Seemed like it should have had a pillow insert.

Not at all what was advertised
Not at all what was advertised! Would never recommend. Return to another company would cost more than its value. Such poor quality I wouldn’t even donate it!

The dog bed was thinner than led to…
The dog bed was thinner than led to believe. I was expecting the dog bed to puff up when unwrapped. I even put it in the dryer on "no heat, tumble dry" and it was not as thick as suggested by the images of dogs sinking into the bed.

Too flat; not durable
Bed was much flatter than it looks in the pictures. My dog ate through the bed after using it for a week. It was not durable.

Slow shipping.
The product is great my dog loves hers BUT it took 4 weeks to arrive and they don’t tell you that until you place the order. The company needs to change courier companies.
