My dog loves the bed, and curls up and sleeps soundly in it. Sometimes it would appear that he becomes too hot , and so he lies out on the cool floor for a short time, then hops right back into his bed.

I ordered two beds by accident. I wrote immediately to cancel. By the time I got the bed, it was over a month and your company informed me I have to pay for the shipping charge to send back. When I ordered it, I thought it was Lands End. I love the store policy of Lands End and there merchandise. My next step, is to inform Lands End about your return policy

Hallo,ich habe am 8.10.22 2 Haustierbetten gekauft,die heute 3.11 angekommen sind.Ich war auf Grund der Bewertungen auch sehr skeptisch,aber es ging alles gut. Auch die Ware selber ist sehr schön und fluffig. :)

Diese sogenannte Firma in Verbindung mit Klarna ist für mich einmalig schlecht. Habe meine Bestellung wegen falscher Größe unmittelbar nach dem Bestellvorgang per Email storniert.Erfolglos, da sich hinter dem Namen nur eine Emailadresse befindet, die offenbar keine Handhabung zum Bestellvorgang hat.Die Ware wurde von China nach Deutschland mit DHL Nr. geliefert, meine Annahme verweigert und zum Versender zurückgeschickt.Nunmehr sind aus 42 € Forderung noch unerklärliche 10 € als Restforderung über Klarna übrig. Eine Aufklärung dieser unglaublichen Forderung bleibt sowohl Klarna als auch MrFluffyFriend schuldig. Das ist sicher ein"Betrag" für einen in Vorbereitung auf künftige Verfahren übenden Anwalt als Spaßklage. Traurig, dass solche Firmen von Klarna noch finanziell gestützt werden und in Deutschland ihr Unwesen treiben können.Hiefür verdienen beide Firmen keinen Bewertungspunkt!

Ok lets keep it simple as i can First mistake... didnt read reviews Second one...bought it ! My staffie had been ill so i decided to try and find a comfy bed for her so googled and came up with this companies advert. Unfortunately that evening my dog passed away in her sleep...gutted not the word so i tried to cancel...not a chance. Excuse which is generic looking at all reviews online is we cant take the order off the system so let it arrive and i csn start the process. Arrived 3 weeks later (which to be fair is their last day on their order confirmation for delivery)folded up so small in a cube 8"sq... DO NOT OPEN THE PLASTIC WRAPPING INSIDE PARCEL...they say can not return It is not vacuum packaged so it will NOT expand. I have sent the returns request to them so lets see, but i dont hold out any hope except to sue them for false advertising and contact the relevant company on the basis of sale of good act and get this company to get this and im sure other items miss sold from the market, they also claim to be the #1 anxiety dog bed in the world...now thats a claim and a half, I'd like to see the report on that one There are far too many scammers out their trying to rip us off and im fed up with it. These chinese products need banning as they dont adhere to copy right and uk manufacturers safety measures Do your due diligence before buying like i didnt on this occasion...whoops Just been reduced firther by £21 from what i paid and they can still make a profit I'll update you on my experience if im wrong Update I decided to send it back as some money was better than binning the item...the cost to china tracked £24. This is were they get you everytime as most people wont bother. Funny reply as they know what their doing to get your money
