I have been in contact about the gross misrepresentation of the product. It is far too small to accommodate a large dog, and when I requested a refund I was told I would have to pay return postage or receive first a 15% refund or a 30%. This is entirely unsatisfactory. I intend to let others know that this is not a company to do business with because of customer service.

My package wasn’t delivered because they put an incomplete address on it…
My package wasn’t delivered because there wasn’t a proper address on it, although the address is correct on my order. I reached out via email 3x (they list no phone #). Finally someone asked for my address (which is in my order). I asked for a status update, no one has replied. It’s been 2 weeks.

Terrible… you didn’t put full address…
Okay…. Son got the dog bed and dog loves it! There was trouble with shipping it and it took a long time to get there but once received, all is well! Thx

ACHTUNG: Nicht bestellen!! Ware schlecht und kann nicht zurückgeschickt werden!
ACHTUNG: Betrüger. Es gibt keine Rücksendeadresse. Erst als ich das viel zu kleine und schlecht verarbeitete Hundebett an den Absender geschickt habe (nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, wie die Rücksendeadresse ist und den Hinweis, dass ich es nun an den Absender schicke) teilte man mir mit, dass der Absender die falsche Rücksendeadresse sei und sie daher nicht Rückerstatten können. Ich sollte das Hundebett zurückschicken lassen und dann nach China schicken. UNGLAUBLICH!!! Bitte nichts bestellen bei diesser Firma! Irgendwie muss man die doch stoppe können in Deutschland...
