Not for big dogs, no response for return from customer service.
The bed is fluffy, but there is nothing between the fluff and the floor for a larger dog. I bought the 2XL. I emailed the company the day I received it asking to return bed and never heard back. I emailed again and nothing. They have a very strict return policy I was trying to follow and I would encourage anyone considering this bed to read. It is costly. Since I never heard back I am still sitting with a bed for my dog I can’t use. Shipping also took over a month, (ordered the end of October).

loved the direct delivery, and it came all in good shape! we love the bed, and our dog got into it right away, and loves it!

Worst customer service ever…
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. It took over three weeks for me to receive my product. There is no phone number at which to talk to a customer service representative, and they ignored my repeated requests to speak with someone to resolve the issue. They took on average over 48 hours to respond to emails, and their responses were no help at all. They did not work to resolve the issue or my concerns. Customer service representatives took no responsibility on behalf of their company, and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. I finally received the pet bed only because of my intervention at the post office, not because of their assistance. My dog does, however, like the bed.

Finger weg!! Auf keinen Fall bestellen!!
Finger weg! Völliger Betrug! Ich habe mich leider verleiten lassen und ein Kissen bestellt. Dies ist total dünn und sehr billig verarbeitet. Es stinkt schrecklich nach Chemie und meine zwei Katzen machen einen großen Bogen darum. Ich wollte es dann zurücksenden: zuerst eine Mail, man solle es sich doch nochmal überlegen, die zweite Mail mit Rabatt von 15 % und die dritte Mail dann einen Preisrabattvorschlag von 30 % - wohlbemerkt immer mit einer Antwort von mir, dass ich das Produkt zurückschicken will. Eine Rücksendung wurde mir nur nach China angeboten, was von den Rücksendekosten schlichtweg Unsinn ist. Auf der Webseite steht, dass man es zu dem nächstgelegenen Lager zurücksenden kann, das Paket selbst kam aus Deutschland. Auf meine Frage, ob ich es dorthin zurücksenden kann, habe ich nur die Antwort bekommen, dass man es nach China zurücksenden soll. Ich kann nur jedem raten, dort nicht zu bestellen - schade, dass Klarna mitmacht und sich aus der Verantwortung zieht da auch von dieser Seite keine Info mehr kommt. Ich bestelle seit vielen Jahren im Internet - so eine Dreistigkeit habe ich noch nie erlebt.
