My newly adopted older dog loves his new bed
My newly adopted older dog loves his new bed. It's so soft. Dex was surrendered at a shelter after having had a home. He was very anxious when I got him. He curls up and falls sound asleep in his bed.

Product not what I expected
Product not what I expected. By photos I viewed. Very soft but not stuffed properly or to little stuffing in center and outer area. Mine was an xtra large. Just not worth what I paid for it.

Deeply Disappointed
Deeply Disappointed I pondered the purchase of your dog bed for several months primarily because of the price. After reading all the reviews I finally ordered the largest size. I was so excited when it finally arrived. I was also shocked by the small size of the package it arrived in. When I unwrapped the package and I saw the bed I was completely disappointed. The flat part that the dog would lay down on had no support at all. It felt like a few fluff balls that could not offer any comfort or proper support for a large dog. The surrounding bumper was more substantial but hardly what expected for the price I paid or in comparison to beds I had looked at in stores. Since the bed came from overseas I dismissed the option of returning it! I chalked it up as an expensive lesson learned! I feel the description of the bed was totally overstated and exaggerated. I will never order any product from your company. I hope this review will save others from experiencing a deep disappointment.

The delivery time from the order was…slow, weeks and weeks
The delivery time from the order was slow. The product is soft but the center pillow will not stay down so the frame is equal height to the pillow in center. The dog doesn’t see it as a bed but thinks it’s a toy so she pulls it around but won’t get in as a bed because the center doesn’t go down. She may change her mind eventually. It is a little small for her 20 lb weight. I think I bought a Med and should have bought bigger. Time May change things.

Inferior Product
Do not waste your time or money on an entirely their substandard product. Mass produced cheap inferior goods shipped directly from China to you. My worst purchase this century.

I ordered a bed that was too big but it…
I ordered a bed that was too big but it was also frayed. I emailed and it was 86 bucks and I was only offered a 12 dollar refund and ten percent discount towards new purchase. Yo me not enough

No cushion in bottom of the bed
Add cushion to the center of the bed...there's was absolutely none to keep my dog on this bed. Very disappointed for the amount of money that we spent
