The smell is awful, and the size is quite small
The smell when you unwrap is terrible for several days. I had to keep it outside for a day before we could use it. My dog isn't big (42 lb goldendoodle) and the XL is too small for her.

Wrong item sent, NOT Uk company
Wrong item sent. From china. Now suggesting I need to pay return shipping and not replying to emails asking how I complain. The company is not in the Uk so does not comply with regulations and there is no way to hold them to account.

The order was delivered in good time
The order was delivered in good time. The dog enjoys the bed. It had to be washed and came up just like new.

Very disappointed with the quality and…
Very disappointed with the quality and design of the product, we have had it for a few weeks it was torn on the side and the stuffing inside has come out , it’s heading to the bin , complete waste of £60 , certainly won’t be buying again from you or recommending the product .

Disappointed - didn't meet expectation
In looking at the pictures, especially with the bigger dogs, I anticipated the pillow to be larger and deeper with more cushion. I even bought two because they looked nice. I was disappointed when we received them. We have a Rottweiler who is 80 pounds and actually smaller than our others we have had. I ordered a XXL for her and she barely fits in it when curled up, and there isn't a lot of support on the sides and bottom. I thought it would "fluff" up and expand more after being out of the suctioned-packed shipping packaging, but they haven't. I would not buy another one, especially at that price. The pictures don't match the product.

This is a great dog bed extra
This is a great dog bed extra, soft and cozy but the size that was recommended for my type of dog seems a little small. She hangs off of it at both ends. We also got the couch cover and that is fantastic. Just wish the dog bed was bigger. Phyllis is very happy. 🤗❤️🐾🦮

My package has not moved in a month &…
My package has not moved in a month & as many times as I ask they won’t look into it so I have not received my item that I ordered in the beginning of November
