MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

This bed is terrible quality, no stuffing the wrong size and vastly overpriced. I wouldn’t pay £15 for it. And then impossible to return… yes they say you can return it but are there any shipping addresses? No! Total con… don’t buy ! I have now had 11 emails back and forth mearly asking for a return shipping address.

I would advise anybody considering buying from MrFluffyFriend not to. It would be nice to say that delivery was appalling but I can’t as it’s been non existent. The DHL tracking number doesn’t exist and attempts to contact the company (MrFluffyFriend) are met with total silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I felt this product was cheaply built there is not enough fill in the center or the rim my dog is actually laying on the hard floor it’s silky yes but I thought I was getting silky and support. And it was not as big as it showed on the web site.

Une grosse nullité !!! Achat d’un coussin pour mon chien. Livraison au bout de 3 semaines. Qualité tellement nulle que mon chien l’a détruit en 2 minutes !!!! Surtout n’achetez pas ce produit !!

The bed was so tightly wrapped in plastic that I was concerned that we would cut the bed while trying to get the wrapping off. We got it off. However, once removed from the plastic, the off-gassing odor from the bed itself was so toxic we had to put it in the garage for several days before bringing it in the house. Unfortunately, our dogs won’t lay on the $66 bed. It’s an expensive fluff on our floor. I’ve put treats on it, trying to entice them to get on it. They simply won’t. Very disappointing. Hard to believe I’m the only customer with these concerns.

My cat refuses to use it.

First I would like to say that there was no DHL tracking to track my order. Second, it took forevvvvver to get to my house. (I ordered 2 beds and why they didn't come together, I don't know). Third, when the 1 bed did finally come, it was shrink-wrapped and was difficult to cut off without cutting the bed. Once I took the wrap off, an odor emitted that was gawd-awful. I put the bed outside on the porch all day, occasionally flipping it over to let the other side air out. For a large, it is somewhat small. I spent $104 for the 2 beds. It's definitely over-priced and could be bigger for a LARGE. I'm not sure if I could recommend this company and I won't buy from them again. I was very disappointed with the no tracking and the length of time I had to wait for it. I believe the 2nd bed came about a week or so later. At least I got them. And btw, once I aired them out outside for the entire day, they were fine. The beds are very soft and cozy. If I could post a picture, I would. I ordered 2 Large and I have a 22 lb Cavalier King Charles. If she curls up on it, she fits perfect. If she stretches out, her back legs hang off of it. I ordered a gray color & peach, both are great colors. I haven't washed them yet so not sure how they will hold up. I think I'll wash on a gentle cycle. I also think the bottoms could be more firm, they're rather flimsy and too soft.

How do I rate something I haven’t received??!! UPDATE! Omg! I usually read reviews but failed to this time- shockingly poor rating and I haven’t received the 2 beds ordered. Thinking I should start the dispute, get a refund and decline the order if it EVER shows up.
