Their product is total crap and the…
Their product is total crap and the return policy too. They wanted me to return the item insured to China for $30 or they gave me the option to get $20 refund without returning the pillow. I took that option and threw out the item. Amazon is never a problem

Great dog bed, sized a bit small.
My dog absolutely loves this bed. The reason for not giving it 5 full stars is that I bought the Large size, based on the website recommendations, and it is a bit small for my 30 pound dog. He cannot stretch out at all, as they show in the pictures.

Sleeping on a cloud
Bought Mrfluffyfriend for my Goldendoodle. She loves it. Looks like she is sleeping in a cloud. She sleeps so soundly and comfortably. I bought the largest size XXL but would loved to have had one even bigger !

auch wir sind darauf reingefallen
auch wir sind darauf reingefallen,MrFluffyFriend haben versehentlich die falsche größe bestellt, dann noch die richtige dazu. dachten wir schicken dann das kleine zurück, kommt aus china rücksendekosten übertreffen den wert des kissens ca. 40 euro!!! qualität sehr schlecht innenteil fast keine füllung und riecht fürchterlich!!! unser hund nimmt das kissen nicht an. internetseite sieht provisionell aus, reingefallen!!!! und 100 euro lehrgeld gezahlt.

The Rest of the Story…
In November I only received part of my order and attempted to contact the company multiple times. Then a week later the package arrived. My issue was lack of response. My orders did arrive and since then I have ordered more. The product is amazing! Delivery service seems to be the problem. Shipping is slow and updates not available. I highly recommend the products, but a knew method of shipment needed.

Loved by My Dog
If you have ever seen how a Schnauzer plays, you know how tired they can get. My Schnauzer loves Mr. Fluffy. At first he thought it was to play with, but once he laid in it, he was sold. Now he takes naps and he’s not so wound up.
