Hi Roberta, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear the ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and the size is a good fit for your beagle. 🐾 We’re sorry to hear he isn’t fully comfortable with the fuzzy texture yet. Some dogs need a little time to adjust to the new feel. Since you’ve already ordered another bed, we hope he will take to that one better.

Hi Sherrie, Thank you again for your feedback. If you’re still trying to encourage your dog to use the bed, here are a few small things that may help: - Place it in your dog’s usual resting spot so it feels familiar - Add a blanket or item that smells like you for comfort - Encourage with treats or praise when she steps on or rests in it - Try gently guiding her onto it during calm, relaxed moments Some dogs take a bit of time to adjust, especially if they’re older or already have a preferred sleeping spot. 🐾

Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear the ordering process was smooth and that unpacking and fluffing the bed was easy. We’re sorry to hear it feels smaller and less plush than expected and that it hasn’t yet provided the level of comfort you were hoping for, especially during stressful weather situations. Every pup adjusts differently, and we understand how important that “calming” effect is. If you need any help improving the setup for better comfort, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to assist further.

Hi Lynette Stewart, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear the bed itself looks well-made, and we’re sorry to hear that it feels like the filling is insufficient and that your dog hasn’t settled in yet. We understand how important that comfort and “calming” effect is, especially for a 100lb dog. If your dog is still getting used to it, here are a few small tips that may help him warm up to the new bed: - Try placing a familiar blanket or toy on it to add a sense of comfort and scent - Encourage him with treats when he approaches or steps onto the bed - Place the bed in his usual resting spot so it feels more familiar - Gently guide him onto it during relaxed moments so he can explore it without pressure Some dogs take a little time to transition, especially if they’re attached to their previous bed. We appreciate you giving it a try and sharing your experience with us.

Hi Philip, Thank you for sharing your feedback — we’re really glad to hear Ozzie Boy is loving his new bed, and that you were able to size up comfortably as he grew. It’s also great to know the filling is easy to work back into place after washing; that’s exactly what we designed it for to make everyday use simpler. Your tip about choosing a larger size when in doubt is very helpful for other pet parents, too. Wishing Ozzie many cozy naps ahead!
