I ordered an XL bed for my two dogs
I ordered an XL bed for my two dogs. It arrived today and lucky to fit my small dog in. It is so small. Have emailed hem and hope for this to be rectified asap. So disappointed. Had email off them today confirming it’s XL which is 80 cm. Ordered another bed from a reputable company yesterday and it arrived today. size is large and it’s about three sizes bigger than fluffy friends XL I have replied to today’s reply to me, providing copy of confirmation of order and delivery. I had sent them my dissatisfaction on a number of occasions UPDATE I have received an Email today from CEO of Mr Fluffy Friend offering me another bed free of charge , for the size of my choice. I do appreciate this offer. No need to return one bought Update A replacement was sent by Mr Fluffy for size 3Xl which comfortably fits our two. Changed my rating as problem was corrected
